My most recent order received from Essexdriedflowers.com was of good quality, but more recently that has not consistently been the case. I used to order from them exclusively, because their product quality and customer service was always excellent. When product quality became poor a couple months ago (many small, moldy pods), I started ordering from their sister site, Thedriedflowers.florist. The product quality from the sister site was initially ok, but became much worse due to poor warehouse storage conditions (mold, rot, bugs/pests).
I tried Essexdriedflowers once again and this time (May 18th), I received mostly good quality stock. I wrote to them to thank them as well as to let them know that I would like to place another (larger) order, but only if they could guarantee that I would continue to receive the same good quality stock as I did a week ago. I’m not sure what happened, but i have not yet received a response from them. They used to ALWAYS respond right away with the most excellent Customer Service you will find anywhere. While their prices are “fair” when compared to many other order sites who’s prices are ridiculously high, the product is still very expensive. It is not too much to ask for a guarantee of good product quality when spending > $600 USD for 4.5kg order.

The communication is very good.
They are not able to deliver the order, due to some customs issues. As we all know we cannot have access or control to the custom department.
But they assure me either they re-ship it or either they refund it.
Finally they refund me today, which is really a nice gesture. I will place my next order as soon as they solve the custom issue.
