Worst plumber in Ireland. Avoid at all cost.
Ken is the single worst plumber I have ever dealt with in Ireland.
I needed a hot press ballcock fixed and a leaking pipe sealed. We agreed on 180 EUR for the fixes. He arrived in an Enterprise rental van, replaced the ballcock, told me the issue was fixed, took the money and left.
As soon as he left I realized the issue was not fixed at all. In fact, the situation became even worse. After a later examination, we found out he installed the new ballcock almost horizontally, causing the inlet water not stopping at all when the tank is full.
And regarding the leaked pipe, Ken said he didn't bring the "glue" (he rented a van and did not even bring a toolbox) and "offered" to reduce the agreed price by 10 EUR and left.
After I realized the issue wasn't fixed. I made multiple contacts to Ken, including messages and at least 3 phone calls. The calls were rejected and I did not receive any response in message at all.
