The experience was unpleasant. The company confirmed my booking but later emailed me about a price revision from the airline. As the revised price was unacceptable and the alternative airline schedules were unsuitable, I had no viable options to proceed.
Despite this, they are charging a hefty processing fee to refund my payment, which feels unfair given the issue was not my fault.

Some thing is not right
I have tried so many times to book for me and my daughter every time I fill the booking form in and come to pay it wipes the form blank so I called their number and the guy answered Travel house so I asked are you a rep of the easytrips he said No I said why have they got your number on their website he said I don’t know!!!! The website was a bit worrying as it said booking declined however I rang somebody called Danny and he has put my mind at ease taken an extra payment to get everything booked and sent the confirmation straight away. He also called to check I received the booking, the customer service has been really good!
After confirming with the airlines that my ticket is booked my mind is completely at ease. Danny did such an amazing job sorting everything out for me!
