I ordered my liquid on 2nd July expected delivery 4th july. Emailed on emailed on 7th July to chase delivery when no rely. Not impressed with the service. And still no fluid and £ 20 out of pocket.

It was to be delivered in 3 working…
It was to be delivered in 3 working days but it was actually posted next day but I missed it, but what made this better is, because I missed it they re-posted on Saturday and got it the next morning instead of myself having to get it. And to add the customer service was great they ran out of stock of a certain color vape so they rang me up letting me know and allowed me to choose a new color instead of just sending it out.

Bought a vape
Bought a vape. Brilliant customer service. Didn't fill it properly. My fault as Jane in the Flint shop showed me how to do it. It wasn't working. Took it back to the shop for some advice and she got it working for me. Brilliant customer service from Jane. Will be back at the weekend to buy another one for my partner.
