Untrustworthy

Upon researching this company, I was told exactly the same as the below review, "Cupola beyond economical repair" was the exact wording that was used. The guy was not interested in repair he just wanted to sell me a new cupola at a cost of £15,000. i also noticed when on the roof they have done my next door neighbours too which is also a brand new single glazed cupola. these cupolas have been here since the property has been built in 1889 yet in 2026 mine and my neighbours have mysteriously rotted beyond repair. i got another roofing company up to look at the cupola and they advised me it was not rotten beyond repair.

Tried to tell my old mother hur cupola…

Tried to tell my old mother hur cupola needed replaced at a cost of £17,000 which was untrue. Tried the hard sell. David was the guy. Don’t trust his opinion only wants to upsell a cupola . Absolute scandals
