SCAM SCAM SCAM
Ordered personalised pj’s and water bottle for my grandsons birthday. Ordered in March and paid by PayPal so that I was covered, didn’t arrive in time frame, so emailed her, she was very apologetic and stated she was on her own with business and just overwhelmed with order. So I said it’s ok, just when you can get to it. After reassuring me they would be done by end of week still nothing came. Numerous emails later I realised that it was just a scam by a heartless fraudster who probably had made a fortune out of unsuspecting buyers (my order was £30) like me. Not long after I’d had a stroke and forgot to Perdue it by that time it was too late for PayPal to step in.BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Same as the rest I ordered in November…

Same as the rest I ordered in November 2022 and spent months trying to contact the “business” i then had to report it to my bank as a scam since they wouldn’t send me an email back and I gave them chance after chance, I’m now aware they closed their “business” probably before I even got my order but still felt like doing a review as their saying they aren’t “superwoman their stuff is all handmade” if that’s the case get more staff to help or just don’t bother making a “business” if you can’t make orders in time or do what most people do who make handmade things and close orders from time to time so you don’t burn yourself out don’t make excuses and ruin peoples gifts they put trust in you to make for them. I had a very disappointed child who knew I ordered it for her.

Can we report her to the police??

I ordered a personalised bottle for my friends son end of June 2022, ahead of his Birthday in July. After weeks it never arrived. Had to chase it, it took weeks for a response but it was eventually received in August. She said it was a delay with the product. In September I reported there was a problem with the lid, again it took weeks for a response she said there was a problem with the batch. On 24th October she told me she now has replacement lids and that it would be sent out within a week. I believed her. I never thought any more of it until earlier this week my friend asked if id ever heard and realised it was never sent. Of course I sent another email to find out her "business is now closed" no surprise there! And that shes responding to emails on the evening. Well of course ive not had a response yet. I just want my money back its a joke. Genuinely want to know if we can properly report her as shes obviously took money off a lot of people and not sent their items.

No item and no refund

I have no response from the company regarding my refund as the item I ordered was unavailable. I requested the refund on the 06/12/2022 but I have had no response or acknowledgement of this.

When you email this company you will get a automated reply which tells you that they will be in touch but no one ever does.

Order in October 2022 for a…

Order in October 2022 for a personalised t shirt. We were told the order would be fulfilled but delayed and then just before Christmas stopped getting replies to emails and no refund despite request. I understand if the owner got overwhelmed and couldn’t continue/ reply but no refund in current climate and at Christmas isn’t right.

Ordered a personalised cup in Oct 2022 and paid for recorded delivery within time frame due to it being for birthday and also going on holiday.
Initial responses were quick then once established order never arrived slower response and now no longer responding despite saying a refund would be arranged never received this.

Whilst I appreciate small companies are struggling basic customer service was missing with this a company and not responding is simply a cowards way of dealing with the issue. In initial responses I was told order would be full filled in next 7 days in multiple occasions and that was clearly not true.

Whilst it’s not a scam and unfortunate the company has since ceased trading it is unfortunate how many people have now been left out of pocket and lack of communication throughout experience I have now given up ever receiving refund or item!

Ordered some pyjamas on the website and received conformation - money taken still not received. I have emailed on the 12.12.2022 no response back. I have looked at the reviews and the responses back if you are still carrying on with these orders can I please have the next size up.

Should be zero stars. My mother ordered 3 personalised jackets for my children for Christmas in October 2022. They said they were running behind but all orders would be fulfilled. Now the middle of January no jackets, no refund and no response after just 1 email shortly after order. Disgraceful that people can get away with this in this day an age.

PayPal purchases For anyone else who has paid via PayPal…

For anyone else who has paid via PayPal if you “report a problem” with them they should refund you the money. I have just done this and have been advised I will receive the refund within 3 working days. I placed my order on 30th October 2022 for personalised PJ’s for my niece for Christmas. I received only automated responses and no PJ’s or refund so hopefully PayPal protection will come through. Good luck!

Zero Stars If Possible

Zero Stars If Possible, So I First Placed An Order With This Company In 2020/2021. I Received That On Time And Was Satisfied. Fast Forward To Late August 2022, I Placed An Order Of 2 Personalised Water Bottles And The Delivery Was Meant To Arrive Around The 7th Of September. I Waited Around A Month Seeing Nothing Arrived And With My Daughter Constantly Asking Where Her Elsa Water Bottle Is, I Emailed Them. I Did Not Get A Reply The First Couple Of Times Until I Emailed Again And Got A Reply In October Saying They Had A Shortage Of Supplies And Didn't Get To Do Orders. She Also Said They Supposedly Sent Out Emails Informing Customers, Which I Never Received, So I Wrote Back Saying Now You Have Seen My Order, I Would Like It ASAP. Since Then I Emailed Asking For A Full Refund And Nothing Has Arrived, Not The Bottles And Not The Refund. I Seriously Don't Know How You Sleep At Night Scamming People. I Wish I Never Reordered As I Placed Trust In Your Business.

Unable to give zero stars

A 1 star only because I couldn't give it zero. Please stay away from this company. I ordered my niece's personalised bottle in September, for delivery in October. I told the company I would wait. I'm still waiting in January and still no refund, and they are no longer responding since November.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a hoodie on 15/11/2022, still not received it even though it was not a personalised item. Have emailed several times with no response, the only time I did get a reply was when I mentioned Trading Standards but have heard nothing from this company since. Will be calling Trading Standards today as this company is now in breach of contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed.
Ordered my son 'When I wake up I'll be 3' Bluey pj's, beginning of Nov, emailed around the 18th, the date stated as estimated dispatch, was told the lady would try her best to ensure I received them on time, however this was not the case. I found it really difficult to communicate as I had to send around 2, 3 emails before any sort of reply. I told her the pj's would be no good to me after the 29th as my son was 3 on the 30th, so I was told a refund would be processed. However I have sent more emails, just to be ignored. This has never happened to me before. Not only the inconvenience of trying to find alternative 2 days before my sons birthday, but out of pocket and being ignored. I am so annoyed 😡 I completely sympathise this lady running a business all on her own, but she shouldn't of kept taking work on if not able to fulfill the demands.

Ordered a T shirt for my Son’s…

Ordered a T shirt for my Son’s birthday. Was never delivered. I have sent around 20 emails, only had one response on 25th November saying they would process a refund. No refund has been given. Very disappointing when you put trust in a small business. I understand the business is closed but when a refund is promised it should have been processed. I like many others on here wish I had read previous comments before making an order. It is sad that I will now have to check every small business I intend to use in the future, once bitten, twice shy.

Update February 9th 23, I made a chargeback to my bank as my only way to now get my money back. The lady has the audacity to dispute this charge back with my bank. Even though I have clear evidence via email of you admitting you never made or sent the item and made promises of a refund. How ridiculous can you be?! Very cross that I am still dealing with this 3 months later!

Just the same as everyone else really

Just the same as everyone else really, order placed and payment taken on 15/11/22 but no product delivered and no response to my multiple emails. I can see the business owner responding to reviews on here but doesn’t respond to emails? It’s very hard not to feel like this is a scam. I have requested a refund but I don’t hold out much hope at this point.

Horrific experience with this so called…

Horrific experience with this so called family run company! ordered on 14th Nov to be told mid Dec after numerous emails that there was an issue with materials. Have since requested a refund now, again numerous times, to be completely ignored. She is nothing from a thief and I will now be taking further action. AVOID!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Had to go through the bank to get my money back! Absolute scam, they responded to my review I left asking to take it down and I would get a refund so I gave them the benefit of the doubt but 3 months later no pyjamas or money! Honestly how do these people sleep at night scamming people, wish I’d read these reviews before placing an order

You have not been scammed at all Lisa. Infact you emailed and left a Trustpilot already on the 15/11 and within the review you stated you had already opened a chargeback. As such instead of trying defmate people personally, with made up lies, you should think of your actions and comments as it people like yourself and the comments that you seem to viciously make as to one of the reasons why I shut my business - as you all seem to think I was superwomen and could get things to you in a flash - baring in mind these where are hand made items. as I stated you got your refund 3 months ago when you opened a charge back with your bank.
