Great customer service, rare chance to speak to a customer service person, instead of over website chat.

I’m very impressed with this company. I was sent out a lovely selection of fabric swatches and a catalogue within a few days of my request.

The swatches arrived quickly, as did the brochure and I can see the whole process of ordering with The English Bed Company will be straight forward and easy. Now I know what fabric I want, I can get ordering!

Very efficient service in sending out samples and well presented too.

I have never ordered such a large bed before and started to have doubts about the sizes as they came in mm and not feet and inches of which I was used to. The young lady in sales got back to me and assured me that the bed would fit in our bedroom. Thank you. We are looking forward to when it is delivered

Today our new bed arrived, we have the most lovely bed, the feel and quality is very luxurious. We have a very similar bed from another well known high street brand, however, this certainly rivals it and was much better value for money. I will definitely buy from the English Bed Company again.

Sent out swatches of various fabrics so we knew we were getting the right shade to match our decor, ordered the desired bed which was delivered and assembled in situ perfectly.

I ordered the king size Rowe Wing Bed and would highly recommend. The bed is great quality and feels super premium set high off the ground. The head board is gorgeous, making the perfect statement for any bedroom and is very well made. The delivery team were extremely helpful dismantling the headboard to ensure it fit up the stairs. I was extremely nervous about ordering a key item of furniture online, however I had a great experience and would recommend them to a friend.

The delivery and assembly went very smooth. The mattress was very difficult to get up our stairs but the delivery lads worked really hard to get it up damage free. The arrangement for delivery was easy and hassle free. I would highly recommend. The bed is so comfortable too with a lovely headboard.

After a really pleasant sales experience over the phone, every other aspect of the process was a disaster. No lead time for the delivery (simply a phone call at 9pm to advise that they'll be there the next day), three attempts to actually get delivery, and the sales manager refused to refund me for charging and manufacturing two headboards when I ordered one bed. A very unpleasant experience.

I made contact regarding a small issue we experienced with our bed. There sales assistance was in contact straight to arrange sending out a replacement part. Was very impressed

The company posted the swatches and brochure within a couple of days of my request. I found the brochure very well planned out. It had all the prices and relevant sizes for me to make an informed decision.

The samples arrive quickly & with a great catalogue to leaf through. It's amazing how colours & textures vary virtually/on line & how they really look and feel. I feel confident looking at sofa shapes on line but it really helps to actually feel the samples & look at them in different lighting

Have ordered 3 Beds from The English Bed Company. Bed is of admirable quality. Glorious packaging. Delivery was perfect and worth the wait. Also Nathen on the sales team has been brilliant with some additional parts I needed.
