Order never arrived (after 3 months) and I keep emailing for updates but never receive a response.

Order still outstanding after a couple of weeks, notice on website says Closed due to having a heart attack and a stroke. Call me cynical but both at the same time? If I'm wrong, my apologies and I hope the owner recovers well. Either way if it's closed it shouldn't still be accepting orders and payments.

Order just never arrived. Avoid this company, they no longer exist I think!

Particularly horrible since it was a memorial for my late mum.

Luckily I paid through PayPal and was able to get refunded through them.

Don't know if this is a real company or just a scammer. Based on my current experience, I suspect the latter unfortunately....
I've been waiting 10 days+ for my 'paid for' order, when the website advertises '24 hour dispatch'.
They don't respond to multiple emails and they don't answer their phone. All you get is a automated message telling you their mailbox is full...presumably with customers complaining about non-receipt of their orders!
I hate to say it, as I like to support small businesses, but I definitely wouldn't order from them again and now face the hassle of trying to get my money back....
What a disappointment - are their positive reviews fictitious? What a shambles....

My order didn't arrive, and when I called was told the business owner has had a stroke some months ago and no orders will be fulfilled. Not even sure how i will get my money back....

Ordered a plaque for my dad's grave at a woodland burial. This was the second place I tried but wasn't disappointed. Ordered on 1st June, dispatched 6th June, arrived 7th June.

Great quality product and screws provided. Makes a huge difference to the wooden plaque he had before

I have no hesitation endorsing the services of The Engraving Shop - I needed a Bench Plaque for a lady who has very exacting standards. I took a chance with the engraving shop because after looking at many other companies it was easy to use the web site. I sent the order through (it was a non standard size) and did a quick follow up call to check about the plaque size etc The order was completed the same day and posted out - I received it for next day delivery. A very good quality product and very well finished. Fantastic. The chap who answered the phone was very helpful and I would urge anyone who is wavering about the speed of turn around or the quality of product to use this site.

First time I’ve used this company. My Nanna’s plaque arrived in just a few days and it’s exactly what I wanted. Perfect. Reasonable price too. Would definitely use this company again and would recommend to others.

Been waiting 15 days for my order,got through on the phone 6 days ago(not been able to since) and was told they had "just received the 10 inch by 9 inch plastic" I wanted and my order "was being done" and would "be on its way shortly". Still waiting.
No updates by text or email,don't answer my emails,phone on answer machine.

Had a plaque engraved by Kevin at this business. absolute brilliant job at a very good price, don't bother to look elsewhere if you want a good job done.
