We needed a Energy Performance Certificate for rented property and phoned Matt at MPF Energy Solutions. He was very quick to respond and when he arrived he was very friendly and explained everything he would be looking at. He was very informative and gave good advice. Would highly recommend using this Company as the service was spot on.

Used Paul Chapple from Guildford area, very rude and inefficient. Took him 23 days to produce the certificate, mainly because he walked out during the inspection after accusing me of being "on his case" because I didn't let him roam the property unaccompanied. He then had to keep asking me to provide evidence of things he should have gathered during the appointment. It didn't help that he went to wrong address (neighbour who wasn't in) which was his fault for not reading his paperwork.

🟠 Stuck middle finger up: Steve Minto came to our address and stuck his middle finger up at us over our Ring Doorbell whilst we were speaking with him. Very unprofessional and a poor display of character, disappointing how he reacted when he didn’t think anyone was watching!

Needed an EPC quickly for a rental. Matt responded quickly and despite me being out of the UK everything was sorted and done in less than 5 working days. Professional and a fixed price! Highly recommended.

I contacted Steven for a EPC certificate. He was polite and helpful with regards to any questions I had. He arrived at the property on time, emailed the certificate when he said he would. Overall, a generally nice guy and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a EPC.

ROBIN TIDMAN PLEASE DO NOT USE!! Ripped off £150 for a EPC that was an old certificate! Only communication was txt! Was stupid enough to use this waste of space!!

Very quick and efficient service. From first contacting Matt Fay the appointment was made for the next day. Matt arrived promptly was very pleasant. The certificate was sent through the following day. I would definitely recommend the service.

DONT USE. I thought I was contacting a local guy in my area in Cornwall, instead I got someone who promtes himself (ROBIN TIDMAN) all over Cornwall as their EPC Man. The problem, NO COMMUNICATION. He turns up, spends 15mins, no conversation, no questions etc, then goes away. Even paid a premium for his services and then had to chase and chase for the EPC. Throughout NO COMMUNICATION, he just does not reply to TEXT, EMAIL or even PHONE CALLS... DO NOT USE!! Go try Energy Home Energy Services instead in Cornwall. Robin - if you read this,.....take a look at how you have behaved and ask yourself honestly, is this how YOU would want to be treated!!!!!!

Booked a Epc through David Morrison (NAIRN area) Scotland.
He failed to turn up to the address the first time he was booked, we had arranged access to the property with the tennents.
We thought OK these things happen so booked again for a second time and again arranged access with tennents and got keys organised etc again he was a no show.
A very unprofessional way to cunduct yourself in bussiness. His communication is frankly shocking.
I messaged and called and no answer.
Horrendous avoid at all costs and go with a different company.

I had two properties requiring EPC surveys in the same area. Both surveys were organised for the same day and carried out by Ollie who was polite, efficient and very professional. On payment of the invoice both certificates were emailed to me the following day. I would definitely recommend this company based on my experience.

I found Olly was local on Google whilst searching for an EPC Certificate.
Called and left a VM
Olly called back within 10 min and we arranged an appointment 2 days later.
I wasn’t available so Olly let himself in using Keysafe and completed the assessment.
He replied confirming and to arrange payment.
The following day it arrived in my email.

Poor service that I do not recommend in the slightest. EPC certificate value was low, but he blamed it on his legacy software, but failed to mention it to me before payment. Go elsewhere where they have updated software is an obvious choice for any customer.

Great service, kept me up to date on what was happening after a few issues with getting hold of the keys to sort the EPC certificate.

Very professional, personable and excellent at their job - highly recommended.
