Customer service doesn’t work, emails are coming back as undelivered. Shipment is still missing. Biggest scam I ever came across

I was apprehensive at first due to the wait upon delivery so i emailed them and received a polite and reassuring reply. It took exactly 11 days over the Christmas holidays for arrival and I must say I was satisfied so I ordered again and was happy with the purchases, nice packaging and smells were quite accurate:) granted it doesnt stay forever but was worthy of a second purchase.

The products are in a nicely packaged box to prevent any damage in shipment. I also love the fragrances that I ordered. Would definitely order again.

Great Smell, delivery takes Time.
But overall it’s good

You can’t call their phone number because the line is always occupied. Seems weird that a “luxury” perfume store can’t even get a phone system with a queue. Customer service is terrible.

Scents are nice but don’t last very long.
