Do not get involved with The Exceed…

Do not get involved with The Exceed Group - Lacking in Integrity and CommunicationUnfortunately, my experience with The Exceed Group began after acquiring an auction prize at a charity event in October 2022. I've found them to lack integrity and effective communication. Over a year has passed since spending more than £1,200, and I have yet to receive the auction prize.Their persistent lack of response is exasperating. Despite their slogan about delivering exceptional experiences, The Exceed Group greatly misses the mark. I highly recommend staying away from them. Instead, consider donating your funds directly to charitable causes. Spare yourself the letdown and irritation. Avoid The Exceed Group entirely.

Awful Experience with Exceed

We contracted with Exceed to provide auction items for our high level charity auction at our fundraising ball two years ago in 2022.

For the last two years, one of our clients has had an issue with their prize. The communications, or should i say lack of communications, from the senior leadership has been appalling. Even after documenting every incidence of zero response to emails and voice mails, we still received no response from the CEO. Only when we tracked him down on his personal social media accounts did we receive a brief, fairly gas lighting response, but since then, nothing. Completely unresponsive. It seems we are not alone in this experience.

Meanwhile my client is £10k out of pocket and no longer trusts Exceed to ever fulfil their experience voucher.

We will be reporting them to the Insolvency Service

Avoid The Exceed Group

Avoid The Exceed Group - Dishonest and Unresponsive

I regretfully engaged with The Exceed Group after buying an auction prize at a charity event in October 2022. They have proven to be dishonest and unresponsive. Despite spending £1,200+, it has been over a year now without receiving any auction prize.
Their constant avoidance in correspondence is frustrating. The Exceed Group falls way short of their "experiencing the exceptional" slogan. I strongly urge you to steer clear of them. Instead, donate your money directly to charities. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration. Avoid The Exceed Group at all costs.
