Having used Exchange for a Luton van on numerous occassions lately, I can only say they are the best hire company I have ever used, and this is from someone who has hired vans from all the local and national companies. All the vans I have hired have been spotless inside and out being a new fleet, and it always seems a shame to dirty them!! All the staff are really friendly, especially Diana on the desk. There's an added bonus where you can return the van on Sunday night which no other company I have ever used offers. I cannot recommend Exchange highly enough.

Hired a Ford Transit Custom, pristine condition. Diana on reception was friendly and very efficient and everything was sorted prior to arrival barring a few signatures. The handover was spot on and the van was excellent. No fuss on return. Exceptional service.

I have over the last 40 years of living in Doncaster always used Exchange for all my Van Hire requirement. The service is always good and the staff are polite and helpful

The cost of the van I hired was on par with other companies in the area. It wasn't the youngest but the cab was very clean and tidy an complete (other vans I've hired in the past tend to have a fair bit of damage) and looked like it had been looked after.
I met 3 staff, Diana in the office, another member in the yard who handed me the keys and ran the bits about the van and the security guy who I handed my van to on Sunday night (sorry guys for not getting your names) all three were pleasant and courteous.
The only scary bit for the whole process was the major accident access (£1000) so my advice is drive carefully.......I would definitely recommend the company.

They worked around me when I had my hire with them, even though I had ongoing identity theft issues. They are honest decent people and gave me the benefit of the doubt on a few occasions, even when my payment was after the due date. Did what they could to accomodate me and my situation.

Hired a Luton van for a house move as Exchange was by far the best price around. Luton van supplied was good quality and very quick and easy to receive deposit back after returning the van

Needed a extra long wheelbase van for daughters house move to Exeter. Van was nearly new, spotlessly clean and presented. Proprietors were very friendly and helpful, easy booking and well priced.
I always try to support a local company when I can and these guys were well worthy of that support

Hired a large van to move house on the friday from Doncaster branch, opening hours really helped being able to collect before 8am. Couldn't fault the service from the staff, even when I had to extend for the Saturday morning, very helpful and courteous. Competitive price, would use again.
