We booked 48 hour tests for £85 which are advertised on the website to return results no later than midnight the following day. The pharmacist who carried out the test told us we needed to buy the £100 tests to actually get the result within that time frame. So the 48 hour test isn't 48 hours at all. The pharmacy was also full of employees not wearing masks. We also had to ask the pharmacist who carried out the test to put gloves on. For £100 the bear minimum of honesty in advertising and cleanliness of the examination should be expected. It's fortunate we were informed because we may have also missed our flight like another person in the reviews said.

I have used Express Clinic about 5 times now for U.K. departure testing . It is simple to book, lots of sites to choose from and they get results to you quickly. I have never had a problem , Fast, Reliable , and cost effective

I have used The Express Clinic many times and have never had any problems. They have a great phone service, you can actually speak to a real person and ask for guidance. my results have always come back to me on time. I feel very happy using their service and would recommend them to anyone who needs a test result before their travel.

Recently used these guys for travelling and will definitely be using again for my holiday in May.

Had a last minute situation and needed a PCR for flights. Found these guys and paid for a same day service. I was a bit dubious as I hadn’t used them before, (haven’t used any in fact), but they delivered.

I received my results via e-mail around 10.30pm. I had taken the test at a pharmacy around noon. This wasn’t my closest pharmacy, but it wasn’t too far at all. Can’t complain when I need same day results anyway!

Overall, I’m glad this went well. I know I can use you again when it comes to my holiday in May, (if we’re allowed to travel then!), but will do in advance this time and save myself a bit of money! £150 for same day results was worth every penny however, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to make the last minute journey! Greatly appreciated!

Smooth and easy process received the results via email quicker than expected.

I would highly recommend this company as I have used once for my family when we went on a Disney cruise and recently again when we visited Dubai. Exceptional service received everytime so I don't know why there are bad reviews. I have nothing but praise for them and will be using this company again until we no longer need these tests.

Unresonable company, don't book with them if you don't want to get robbed. I booked a PCR day 2 in clinic for my parents, who unfortunately tested positive before flying and they don't want to refund cause apparently they have generated a booking reference. So I am paying for a booking reference code and not for a test that should prevent the spread of covid. Not recommended.

We didn’t receive the code to be able to fill in the passenger locator form. No one answering phone or emails . Caused a lot of stress and had to buy another expensive test to be able to travel and nearly missed the flight in the process. Avoid.

Paid £85 for a 48 hour PCR test, flight was at 8pm Sunday and took the test 2pm on the Friday. No test had arrived by Sunday afternoon and I had to go to the airport with no test. I have now missed my flight thanks to the “express” clinic absolutely terrible service and way over priced.
