Rob and Alison were great. They were really efficient in setting up initial and follow-up appointments and Rob is incredibly knowledgable and was extremely thorough in ensuring that the issue was dealt with effectively. All work was done quickly and efficiently with no mess or fuss - we could not have asked for a more friendly and effective service.
Excellent company - called twice - bee's nest and mice in loft - Rob is great, knowledgeable, friendly, professional - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will definitely call should I need any further assistance. From the first call to the finish job - Great team -
I contacted The Exterminator Pest Control Business having had a very bad experience with another company. Rob is one of those rare diamonds, honest, well informed and willing to spend time explaining the problem, the treatment and expectations. He was very thorough and even looked between the gaps in the floorboards, he pulled out bookcases and skirting boards and found the problem and put down the appropriate treatment. They only asked for half the money up front and assured me that I could call them at any time with any concerns even after the guarantee period. This is a small family run company who value their customers, are honest and reliable and give real value for money. Do not waste your money on other pest control companies this company are reasonable and thorough.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
