Excellent service, been using this clinic for a couple of years now and the whole family attend when needed.

Despite advising them that the hay fever jab they administered had an adverse reaction on my son, they were not interested in following up to see how he was…5 weeks later with a huge abscess on the site, he ended up in A and E 3 times culminating in surgery and is still in agony. Do not have this jab especially with this company…there is no aftercare what so ever and no interest in trying to find out what happened or how he got on. If this is how you treat your clients I would avoid this business at all costs

Very helpful, friendly people. Very efficient and well organised. Reasonably priced and, most importantly, the microsuction worked and I can now hear perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

After having some many worries about Microsuction on my ears I am pleased to say I have now found a caring local company who take pride in what they do. From the 1st chat to procedure was professional and caring. I suffer regular problems with wax build up and cannot fault this 1st class company, highly recommended and very competitive price, thanx again

I had been experiencing problems with my ears for a while, one which was very blocked causing lots of dizziness. I contacted The Face Medic and managed to get a same day appointment. The clinic is in a nice quiet setting, and I found that the service that I received was very friendly. I felt very at ease and came away being able to hear properly! I felt so much better after having the micro suction treatment. I would highly recommend!!
