If I could give 6 stars, I would!
I had ordered some brushes and face paints, then realised I needed to add a stencil to my order (i.e. after I'd paid), so I got in touch with the customer service. They were prompt to reply and helped to add the extra item with no extra postage. There was also a nice personal touch to their parcel, so overall I really enjoyed my shopping at thefacepaintingshop. Customer service not good enough
I was sent an alternative product as the one I originally ordered became out of stock. Yes it's part of their policy and they sent me a text message asking if I indeed wanted a similar product but they did not wait long enough for my response instead sent it anyway. Secondly I message back but no response. I managed to reach them via email and sent it back but as predicted still yet to hear from them to know if they've received the items back or not. No email, social media or text. I'll be taking my custom elsewhere, eBay is much much better
