Our stay was absolutely brilliant in every way. The staff were exceptional and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was next level, every meal was delicious, and the activities were so enjoyable for both us and the children.

The interiors are simply beautiful. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, and the whole place feels stylish, relaxed and incredibly comfortable. We genuinely felt at home throughout our stay.

I honestly couldn't recommend this place more highly. It exceeded all of our expectations, and we will be back without a doubt. 100%!

From start to finish, planning to check-in... The Family Suite was supportive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. I get very easily overwhelmed when looking for holiday ideas and this was such a smooth process. Highly recommend for family holiday planning!

The Family Suite were brilliant in helping us plan a recent trip to Portugal. With a toddler and new baby we needed somewhere that prioritised kids and TFS suggested Noah’s Surf House, a perfect choice! With tons of kids activities included and large family rooms.

The team at TFS were always quick to respond to our messages, the credit to use on the hotel was brilliant and the personal message in the room was a very nice touch.

I have recommended The Family Suite to lots of friends and will be using them again for future trips

Amazing website with a fantastic selection of hotels. The service provided from selecting the best hotel for our needs right to booking the room was 5 star. We felt super supported throughout and it took the hassle out of holiday planning! We ended up choosing Marbella Club for a short stay and wish we could have stayed longer! What a place! The £100 towards an activity or dining was such a nice touch and we’ve come back with memories to last a lifetime. Will only be using the team at the Family Suite from here on out!

Very attentive and responsive. Their knowledge of the destination meant we saw and did more than we would have managed on our own. For someone planning a family holiday, having that level of support is a big advantage.

We loved this website! So beautifully done and easy to use. There are great family holiday options in a broad range of locations. We wanted to book a trip for us, our children (adults) and grandchildren for somewhere hot in November and had various needs which needed to be catered for. The Family Suite team were great at putting together options taking into account our needs and providing recommendations. Definitely recommend and will use them again!

Things like interconnecting rooms, cots, highchairs, pool setup/timings, kids' clubs. The stuff you'd normally spend ages trying to piece together from reviews.
