Not Recommended for Airbnb Photography
I hired Victoria/The Fantastic PNW to photograph my Airbnb and purchased a 30-photo package for approximately $200. Unfortunately, the final results were very disappointing.
Instead of capturing complete views of the Airbnb, many photos focused on small decorative items such as candles, snack bowls, laundry items, and chair details. The photos did not adequately show the full kitchen, full bathroom, full bedroom, or overall layout of the property, which is the primary purpose of Airbnb listing photography.
After receiving the photos, I contacted Victoria and explained my concerns. In our messages, she responded that I “needed a much larger package with more photos to capture everything” and that the space was difficult to photograph. This was never communicated before the shoot. Had I known the package would not provide sufficient coverage of the actual property, I would have selected a different package or photographer.
When I requested additional wide-angle photos of the space, I was informed that I would need to pay extra rather than having the original concerns addressed.
I paid for professional Airbnb photography to showcase the property, but the delivered gallery failed to provide comprehensive images of the space. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service for Airbnb listing photography.
I have screenshots of our conversation confirming that I raised these concerns and was told that additional payment would be required for more complete coverage.
