I am happy with the dress and the service provided by the fashion station especially Sachin Mishra who helped me through out by keeping me updated n giving me track of my order he made sure my dress reached me on time.Thank You.Hope to buy again.

I like this product , the quality, the design everything. I suggest many of my friends for fashion station. But one thing i don’t like that is your process very slow too much time taken for shipped. Sachin mishra deliver the product with full effort 😊

in 20 Dec 2024 I have order suit wide order no 1032334 for rs 8170 rs but i didnt get my order for a year.
later in 14 Nov 2025 i have order dress wide order no 1076706 for which i was following for delivery on whtapp they have responded well and delivery happen after 20 days followup in between i have for my privious order amt,
for they said they will add in my wallet which i agreed she added it

then i have order 27th Dec 2026 dress wide order number 1082547 for which till Jan 24th i have been told query has gone warehouse and waiting for response.
later she told me cancell the order and ask me to place another order for which i placed the order 1090882 on 31st Jan 2026 till now i have following up on whatappp now from last week they stop responding on whtapp and telephone is not operational.
I request them to stop this kind of things

today i got in touch with some executive namely Simran on watsap,she resolved my issue which was i facing since 2025…i m very grateful to her and i once again began to trust fashion station as i was very regular customer of it from 2018 …thanks to Simran

I have ordered products worth 10 k . Order number is 1087047 . I have not received the order and communication with the support team has stopped. They are not replying to the messages or emails at all.

My 11760 Rs were stuck with them for more than 2 years as they were neither delivering what i had ordered nor refunding my money.
I had given up on that money for the sake of my sanity cz i had mailed and texted them a million times abt that with no resonse.
Around 9th December 2025 they had mailed me that they were sorry and they had changed their staff and policies and were on a new path to better service and then they only partially refunded my money and that too in their fashion station wallet so i had to purchase from them again.
Out of 11760 Rs they refunded 6500 in the fashion station wallet.
So with no choice left and thinking that they might have actually changed i placed an order of Rs 4500 with them with payment from the wallet.
And i also placed a COD order for Rs 12510 on 15 and 13 dec 2025 respectively and to this day i ve not received my orders and i ve already contacted them hundreds of times regarding this and my partial refund but i ve not gotten any response except for same old rotten reply of “ur issue will be resolved to ur convenience”.
I m done with them and i going to file a complaint against them both with consumer court and cyber crime.
They have put me through a lot of mental agony and harassment for more than 2 years now.
They will have to pay for it.

Although with the site I am happy that after two years I got my dresses but I do not like the fact that this much time was taken but I believe they are improving this and earlier there might have been issues

I am surprised how this website is still running.
I paid 5k for a suit and it has been one year and it never came. I sent multiple emails and whatsapp msg and they never rply back!
Beware ppl dont order from this website!

I ordered suit from Fashion Station worth ₹7,200 on 8 November 2025, and it has still not been delivered to me. I contacted them many times through emails, messages, and calls, but I received no response. Finally, they replied saying that they would give a refund, but the refund was also never processed. This is a fraudulent company.

⚠️ Warning – Do Not Trust The Fashion Stations ⚠️

I had a very bad experience with The Fashion Stations and I want to warn others so they don’t get cheated like I did.

I ordered an original Maria B stitched suit, but what I received after 3–4 months was completely unacceptable:
• The full suit was not delivered
• All the original patti/embellishments were removed
• A simple suit was stitched instead
• A cheap chiffon dupatta was added instead of the original one
• I did NOT receive original Maria B fabric — only replica pieces
• Despite this, I was charged full original Maria B price

On top of that, their website shows fake reviews, and genuine reviews are not visible. Please trust Google reviews, not their website.

I paid a lot of money expecting an original Maria B outfit, but I was completely cheated. After delivery, there is no proper response or responsibility taken.

I am also filing a complaint with Grahak Suraksha (Consumer Protection Forum) against this fraud so that others do not get cheated.

Please be careful and do not trust The Fashion Stations.

I places order ( # 1028610) with The Fashion Station for Pakistani suits on November 11, 2024. After several attempts to contact the customer service via email, WhataApp and instagram I have been mil easing . I did not receive my dresses. I Requested for exchange initially as they said they did not received fabric that I ordered. I waited and followed up again still it was not resolved. After several attempts for several years finally they told me to select items in the my cart. After I added the items send them the screen shots and they said I have to make payment again. It's been fraud and scam they are doing with innocent customers.
Finally I got so stresses out I requestes refund. Still there is no refund.
Please do not buy anything from these scam ears. They Do not have business ethics.

My experience with The fashion station is good. The products are original and genuine. Simran is very helpful and kind made my shopping experience better .

It was great experience of shopping with Fashion station and thanks to Sachin Mishra for beautiful dress.

They are big time scammers . I ordered a suit last year and it was never delivered. They didn’t even refund my money back . I am planning to file an FIR on owner Saba Zaidi

They are Fraudster .... DO NOT BUY or PLACE ANY ORDER....... They Will Never Send Your Parcell and Will never Refund your amount ....WOnt reply mails , calls or mesaage on Whatsapp....
