No response to emails as to where my order was. Had to go through my bank to get my money back. Avoid.

I contacted them through their website about an item I was interested in selling and didn't even get a response. Perhaps they had no interest in the item, but I would have appreciated a courtesy email to at least acknowledge that this was the case. Note to the owners; If you are not interested in buying a particular item perhaps consider a pre-scripted response email. By ignoring customers you are losing out on potential future custom. Due to my negative experience I will not be considering your company for future business or recommending you to my friends.

I have bought from the Figure Pit before with no problem and have been very happy with that service. However, I have been trying to contact them for over 16 days about selling an item to them with no response whatsoever. I have emailed them, used their "Sell" page's ticket submission form and have used the mini chat window on the website multiple times - yet I haven't heard a peep. If they weren't interested in my items (not that I have any way of telling if this is the case) I would have appreciated them just telling me so. This complete silence is just a bit rude.
I really don't like leaving a negative review as everyone else seems to have lovely things to say and I really like the idea of a website for buying and selling collectables being run by genuine collectors - but this is accurate for my experience.

As a long time fan and supporter of the Knightvision YouTube channel I was extremely excited to learn that Nick and Dean have started The Figure Pit as a business.

I recently purchased a Hot Toys Luke Skywalker Return of the Jedi figure from The Figure Pit and I couldn't be happier with the service. This is a figure I sadly missed on release and has since eluded me due to high prices on the aftermarket (especially within the UK).

The pricing was extremely fair and arrived quickly. The condition was exactly as described on the website - the grading service at The Figure Pit is an accurate and honest description of the product condition. I am extremely happy with both the figure and the service and highly recommended anyone to buy or trade with confidence.

With their YouTube channel, the friendly emails and the feeling of being a valued customer, I definitely recommend them.

Initially I was trying to find a Hot Toys Flametrooper for a decent price and I did with The Figure Pit. So, I bought him and then I noticed they also buy or trade.

I was leaning away from Mezco One 12 and decided to enquire on how it works and an estimate what they would offer.
I wasn't fully committed to selling as the figures are great, that was until I got my quote and thought about it.
I was rather happy on the estimate I was quoted, but more so as a collector and enthusiast of figures, I want to see these guys flourish, often because the price is good for buying and the price I sold at was reasonable.

The process was easy, accept the quote, agree a date for pickup by courier, box it all up, print the courier label, courier collects it and wait for it to be accepted and checked by The Figure Pit.
If all goes well and you described its condition honestly, payment is received immediately once they check the items you sent.
For reference I sold X16 Mezco One 12 figures which I'm sure will be snapped up quick.

Now, could I have made more independently....? Maybe, but I have selling fees, the risk of bad feedback, the risk of buyers saying something isn't as described (opinions vary), postage cost and the risk of selling a all out collection, how long will I be left with one or two odd figures nobody really wants unless cheap?

I cannot recommend them enough. It's easy, it's convenient, it's hassle free of PayPal, fees and postage.
Its a massive headache gone and even better, less hassle of worrying about bad feedback from chancer's.
On the buying side, I had no problems. My new Flametrooper was minty fresh, arrived quick and very well packaged.

Try them, I'm sure you'd be happy with their service.

Easy and pleasant transaction throughout the process. Communication was great. The item being collected straight from your front door is an added bonus.

Great hassle free way of moving on hot toys. I was down sizing my collection as i had moved to a new home and other things took priority. Pricing is fair market value, especially if you compare to a certain auction site factoring in the fees you pay!

Would not hesitate to contact the guys again. Payment received within a few hours of the package arriving to them.

I used their part exchange service to get a figure I’d had my eye on for a while. I can’t fault the service they provided, all the communications were clear and fast and the courier service provided made it quick and easy to deal with. Really happy with how it went and I hope to be using them again soon.

Very happy with the part exchange service the Figure Pit offer, part exchanged my Wonder Woman figure for a Star Wars Bossk figure, figure is in great condition and was very securely wrapped.

Communication was really good, Nick was very helpfull and fast to reply.

Great to deal with,and very fair prices both Selling to and buying from. Selling to them,was really easy. They arrange a next day courier,once they are received items are checked and your money is released to you. Takes the hassle out of selling on Facebook groups and eBay. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
