Tyler Brandt is a lifesaver!

I was honestly at my wits' end with my 2007 Nissan Altima. It started stalling at stoplights and had a really rough idle that made the whole car shake. Being an older model with over 150k miles, I was terrified the transmission was finally giving out or that I’d need a brand-new fuel system. I was already bracing myself for a massive repair bill.

I decided to reach out to Tyler Brandt, and it was the best decision I could have made. He didn't just give me a vague guess...he pointed out that these Altimas often have issues with the intake snorkel cracking or a dirty throttle body. He walked me through how to check the air intake and the mass airflow sensor myself.

What really impressed me was how efficient he was. I thought I’d be stuck in a garage for days, but with Tyler’s specific guidance, I had the issue identified and fixed in no time. He saved me hundreds of dollars in "diagnostic fees" that a mechanic definitely would have charged me. It’s so rare to find someone this knowledgeable who can simplify a complex car problem. If your Nissan is acting up, seriously, talk to Tyler...he’s a lifesaver!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this. We are really glad Tyler was able to help you track down the issue on your Altima without sending you straight into an expensive repair.

Problems like rough idle and stalling can feel much worse than they turn out to be, especially on an older car, so it is great to hear his guidance helped you check the intake, throttle body, and MAF sensor quickly and with confidence.

Saving people from unnecessary diagnostic costs and helping them understand what is actually going on with their car is exactly what we aim for. We truly appreciate your trust and your kind words about Tyler.

Wishing you many more smooth miles with your Altima.
