The shipping took forever

The shipping took forever, then my package sat in the fedx warehouse for 4 days then after i emailed them they told me it wasn't important and then they handed it off to the post office. I ordered it on the 7th and it finally got to me on the 20th. I will still order from you because I loved the fragrance oils I ordered

I really enjoy the products but I'm not happy that there must be an additional fee for using a credit card because my total and their total on the invoice comes to a different amount. And I thought my little 1 oz coconut cashmere was a free sample and they build me for that. No
