Simply irresistible

The ordering experience was very simple. The website clear and it was easy to follow the instructions. I have not seen the product yet but based on my experience so far I hope to be impressed. It sounds like a great blanket and a BOGO made it very irresistible.

Part of my order was missing

I received my order and one blanket was missing. I sent them an email and Sara responded within a couple days. I requested another blanket and she confirmed they would be sending it.

EXTREMELY SMALL NOT TO SIZE

After waiting 13 DAYS for delivery (the website says 3 working days for the USA) I just received my blankets. I ordered a white King and Beige King XL. They are both WAY TOO SMALL!

The king they sent me is 70 x 70 inches. The site says it's 80 x 90. A king blanket is supposed to be 108 x 90.

The king XL they sent me is measuring 90 x 83. The site says it's 95 x 105. A king XL blanket should be 108 x 100.

After checking the site I see the sizes quoted are MUCH SMALLER than an actual blanket. This is so misleading and I didn't think to check the sizes as they have them advertised as blankets so I presumed they would be correct. They should be advertised as THROWS, they are not blanket size. After checking reviews I see a lot of complaints about the same issue. I need BLANKETS not THROWS. I'm extremely disappointed and will be returning them. Quality isn't that great either.

Not risk free

I tried to cancel an hour after ordering. They said I couldn’t because shipping was so fast. My order was delivered 5 weeks later. So despite the claims on the website, it wasn’t fast tracked shipping.

They claim that it’s risk free with an easy returns process. This is not true for the customer - maybe they mean it’s an easy returns process for them! I had to pay £12 to return the items, and I’ve just had to pay out an additional £9 in customs fees.

It’s misleading to say it’s easy to return, when it costs so much. It’s also misleading to say that delivery is quick.
