Lenny is the customer rep who assisted me with working out an issue with a delayed trip that would have severely hampered my schedule. His professionalism, patience and communication skills is some of the best out there. He kept be informed throughout our call about the status. Well! The airplane should know there is a scam at your contact number. Someone was trying to get my credit card # and telling me I am not confirm on the return ticket. Be aware!
But when I called again being suspicious Freddie smith was very nice and knowledgeable and assured me I am confirmed and gave me all the info I needed.

I had a terrible experience with a website called "The Flight Makers" before, and I’m writing this to share my ordeal so others don’t fall into the same trap.

It all started when I downloaded an app called Twistr from the Apple Store, hoping to find a good deal on a flight from Istanbul to Jacksonville. I even paid extra for Twistr's premium features, hoping for better offers. Twistr then directed me to The Flight Makers, a website that seemed to offer a better deal than what I had found on other platforms like Skyscanner. At first glance, the price looked affordable, so I went ahead and purchased the ticket for my brother.

After completing the payment, my credit card was charged, but what followed raised every red flag imaginable. 48 hours later, I still had not received a confirmation email, no ticket, no booking confirmation, no PNR number—nothing. This was unusual because every time I’ve booked tickets online, even from lesser-known websites, I’d receive a confirmation email and PNR code within 24 hours.

Feeling uneasy, I decided to look up reviews for The Flight Makers and, to my shock, saw a flood of negative comments from others who had similar experiences. At this point, I panicked and immediately froze my credit card and eventually canceled it altogether.

To make things worse, a representative from The Flight Makers called me and told me that there was no space left on the flight I had supposedly paid for, and if I still wanted to fly, I would have to pay an additional $300 to secure a different ticket! This is where I knew I was being scammed. It became clear that this was not a legitimate company.

After researching more online, I realized this website was absolutely unreliable, and unsafe for transactions. My bank also confirmed that it is risky to share credit card details with websites like The Flight Makers, especially those that fail to provide any booking information within 48 hours.

In all my years of booking tickets, I’ve never experienced such blatant dishonesty and disregard for basic customer service. Every reputable ticketing website I've used before sends you a confirmation email with a PNR code almost immediately. This website, however, fails to inspire confidence in any way.

I strongly urge anyone considering The Flight Makers to stay far away from this site. The service is shady, and based on my experience, they should not be trusted.

12/1/24 Once again I was asked to resubmit 3 months worth of my Credit Card- AARP Barclays. As of this review I did receive an email. However the claim is still pending. On Christmas Day if will be 6months since my brother in law died unexpectedly. It caused a whole in our hearts , and a financial burden on my family. Having to go over and over what happened just makes the healing process all that harder. For this bill we were charged a total of $2,207.32, two separate billings. One for $1399.32 and the other
For $808.00. This again was for one way from Tucson, Arizona to Minneapolis, Mn. 4 adults- one way, no extra fee’s from Southwest Airlines. Also looking for an answer about a Charge for $400.00- with no explanation. Have bumped up from 1 star to 2, as there were 3 different unexpected doubled fee’s. 1 had been taken care of in July.

Bella was wonderful and helping me book my flight and applying a credit. I love Southwest and this customer service from her as part of the reason why.

They stole my money for 6 tickets and I made the cancellation payment. They also stole it. It's a scam. I've been waiting for a refund for 7 months and they leave me on hold and then they hang up on me.
