I was very skeptical and apprehensive initially, but I could not be more grateful that I took the plunge. Jake goes into such detail explaining everything, anybody can understand. He really gives real world examples of all the concepts so it is easy to put into practice. But the real beauty of the program is the support you receive after completing the program. The live group mentor calls are incredibly valuable which I do not think you receive with other programs. Between the coaches and the other members, there is an incredible amount of knowledge and advice provided so that you never feel like you are on your own. I highly recommend this program.

When, I first heard of flip secrets program I was a little curious but at the same time I was fascinated with the program and what it had to offer. I'm at my retirement age and I needed something to supplement my income and flip secrets fits right into my life style. What really sold me was the team support and on point videos! Kudos to Jake & Eduard for all there support 👏

The program is detailed and informative. The team is extremely supportive and available when needed. And an extra showing of gratitude to Eduard!!

Before joining the Flip Secret program, I have been in at least 5 other programs. A lot of things stood out to me. The honesty and sense of purpose in the program. Following the lessons as outline by Jake is phenomenal. Of great excitement to me also is Jakes Flip calculator, what impressed me most the calculator is how it tells you (if your numbers are correctly entered) if what you have is a deal or not. This is a time save and a great tool for any Real Estate investor

The master class was very informative and i really liked the homework part of it. It gave a hands on experience as to what we would be doing. Jake and his team is very Informative, helpful and fun to work with while learning the ins and outs of the Real Estate game.

Really happy with the education i've received from Jake and the Flip Secrets Family. He is thorough and doesn't just tell you how he does things but shows you with real examples. His Mentor Ed gave me sound, practical advice and did a great job helping me with my mindset approaching my business. 6 weeks in to the program and i'm feeling empowered and know where to go with questions as they arise.

The amount of knowledge shared, the carefully curated community members, add an incredible amount of value to the experience. The course itself is very organized and a lot of work is continuously being put into it.

Flip Secrets is a great program if you’re interested in real estate investing. The program starts with Jake’s background and mindset training which I really enjoyed because it was very relatable. Then the program goes through the steps to real estate flipping which teaches you how to determine the After Repair Value, Funding Options using OPM, and sales options over the 6 week course. The course gives you lots of step by step guidance to follow and gives you real world scenarios to practice.

The Flip Secrets Mentor program has been an incredibly valuable resource for me as a real estate investor. One of the standout aspects of the program has been finding a financial partner to support my flips, which has been instrumental in scaling my projects. The group coaching sessions are particularly helpful, especially when I’m in the middle of a deal or working on financing. Even though the group is geared more toward less experienced flippers, as an experienced investor, I still find the camaraderie and the wealth of knowledge to be extremely beneficial.

The mentorship has provided me with access to vital information that has made a positive impact on my flipping process. Implementing the strategies and structure taught in this program has helped me keep my projects more organized and ultimately led to better planning and increased profits. Overall, this program has been a fantastic support system for both new and experienced investors alike!

Jake's masterclass not only gave me a new career, it was the springboard to a whole new mindset about the industry of real estate. I learned all the technical information needed to flip houses, as well as alternative exit strategies such as long term rentals, short term rentals, and wholesaling. The class let me learn at my own pace and I was able to work around my regular job at the time. Ongoing support, in the form of updated class structure, 6 days per week zoom calls, and one on one calls with an advisor have helped tremendously. This support is the real gem of the entire program. Whether I have a problem with a project I'm running or I just need a mental pick-me-up, our group is there. Flip Secrets is like a family and we all help each other get to finish line after finish line. The money, time, and opportunities this program has opened up for me- and my family- are immeasurable.

I've always had a Desire to be a Real Estate Investor.
I have tried other companies just to find out that the company was about making money for themselves. It was always a new product that I had to buy to be successful. I never got the needed attention I wanted to be a successful investor. I saw an advertisement for flip secrets from Jake and I said to myself another Company promising the world !!! I listened to him and the genuine sincerity I heard attracted me. I'm so glad I did the course was step by step and so easy ! The training is what I was looking for ! I have purchased 2 homes within a week of finishing the training and my coach Grant has made a world of difference in my success . If you want a proven process and be with a winning team like flip secrets just join !! I'm just getting started and already on my way to great success and Income !

Community is awesome. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and eager to see others succeed. Educational experience was very helpful. Learned how to find, evaluate real estate properties, and learn to connect with community and other lenders fund the deal. Overall great environment and the experience the best out there speaking from someone that's invested in other programs. Come ready to learn and engage! You will succeed!

Good so far. Helpful program, don’t have results to report yet but the network and community are helpful. Material is thorough, a little dated but good material. Feel like my understanding of how to win in the space is coming along. If you have the money it’s worth it I think, but I can’t honestly say yet since it’s so early and I haven’t done a deal yet

I like the helping and positive network of professionals, the easy step by step instructions, the audio visual and learning tools, the quizzes. Big Ups for Eduard!

Flip Secrets is the real deal!!! The modules Jake provides will teach you everything you need to know to flip houses local or crosscountry. He lays out the blueprint from A to Z. But that’s not the best part of Flip Secrets, it’s the community you became a part of. With hundreds of like minded individuals in the group that cheer on all your success and are there to answer all your questions. We also have mentor calls almost everyday with different successful flippers that started as students. Sam Jones is hands down one of the best if not the best part of this mentorship. She host calls almost everyday sometimes twice a day with early AM and PM calls. She is very patient and very knowledgeable about anything real estate. She answer all your questions about properties, funding and anything you need to know to be successful in this business. Most the times staying on calls for hours until everyone’s questions are answered. She alone is worth every penny it cost to join Flip Secrets. This has been my best investment by far!! Thank you Jake, Sam, Ryan, Grant and Justin Yall Rock!!

I've gotten farther and much more information and access to Bigger Pockets than any other programs which was just a scam. I'm so glad I stepped out on faith and tried Flip Secrets. It's just one big happy family. No gate keepers. I love it. ❤️
