The Flip Secrets program is absolutely amazing! It is a real program...not a scam! Jake will actually teach you the ins and outs of flipping or rehabilitating houses! All of the paperwork and documents you will need, all the support, all the relationships you will build along the way. It truly is a family to help you succeed in flipping homes! Not just an HGTV gig... This takes time, love, effort, confidence and consistency. These key items are are they give you in the program. Do Not Give Up....and Sign up!

I cannot stress enough how Heaven sent this course is...not just the course to teach me how to flip but the community that holds my hand along the way. This reminds me of nursing school where everyone wanted to see success in not just themselves but those that came before them and after them. The simplicity of Jake's class was important to me as a Trauma Nurse who is super busy w/ 3 busy kids. I am grateful! Grateful spiritually for bringing this coaching class to my social media to research and eventually join...Grateful for my coach who knew I had a death in my family during learning and still empowered me through my grief...and grateful to all mentors who carves out time for us newbies to be heard. If you are looking into flipping and a super supportive community around the US, new or seasoned, this program is absolutely the way to go! By keeping the class lessons incredibly engaging, Jake has done an excellent job of making Real Estate Investing easy to understand! There is a huge, overwhelming amount of information to take in; but he does a wonderful job of breaking it up and explaining everything in a refreshing honest “real” way. It really is just like … You learn by hanging out with your friend as he talks to you about Flipping homes and Real estate investing. I listen every day after work, but too often I can’t wait that long so … I listen on my lunch breaks. Even better - I was assigned an accountability coach (Totally Awesome!) right from the get go - she held my hand and guided me through EVERYTHING! Even though I was not ready for that level of genuine commitment from a program. Other schools, programs and courses have promised something comparable to this level but never delivered. I am almost ashamed that it took me a week or so to realize the genuine realness of their commitment to me. There are mentors and group chats and so many more resources that I have yet to tap into. I can honestly say that I have learned more in these last few weeks than all my years of higher education combined. Everyone associated with the program has been friendly and welcoming. They are ready and willing to listen and help because they too have been there and done it. They know how you feel so they give solid real advice. My biggest issue with the Flip Secrets Program is that I constantly feel that I’m not using all these amazing resources to their fullest potential. It’s like being a kid on Halloween night, discovering that gargantuan neighborhood where all the houses give the best candy. You’re only a fraction of the way into the neighborhood and your bag is overflowing … you just can’t help but wonder what the rest of the houses you missed had for you and your mind reals with thoughts of how you might be able to. What made my experience great is I’ve been in this business for over 15 years and since joining the program, I’ve learned things in the last three weeks that I hadn’t learned in my 15 years struggling on my own if this is the business you want to be in you really ought to invest in Flip Secrets. I am super excited about my positive future flipping houses..

The Flip Secrets team demonstrates strong knowledge in the home-flipping process. The course provides valuable insights into the steps needed to begin buying and flipping houses. However, I have a few concerns regarding certain aspects of the program that could be improved for a more effective learning experience.
Firstly, the quantity and length of the videos feel excessive, as many are unnecessarily long. Some of the information presented could benefit from further field review for accuracy, particularly in the market trends section—this is an area where your team’s real estate agents could provide valuable expertise.
Additionally, the HML and GAP funder list should be reviewed, checked, and updated. Given the cost of the course, there should be better agreements in place with HML, PML, and GAP funders to further assist participants in successfully applying the knowledge gained from Flip Secrets.
The accountability calls, structured as 15-minute sessions once a week for six weeks, are not particularly useful. They primarily serve as motivation rather than offering practical guidance. Improving these calls with proper partnerships could significantly enhance the benefits for clients.
Furthermore, I have found and purchased more affordable programs that offer broader and more useful features, including skip-trace capability, pre-foreclosure reports, and direct access to funding. In contrast, Flip Secrets primarily provides downloadable files and an unresponsive funding list, which limits its overall value compared to competitors in the space.
I appreciate the effort put into developing this program and hope that future improvements will create an even more effective and well-rounded experience for participants.

The Flip Secret Family made my experience great. The course is very simple to follow. The Discord is also helpful. Jake literally explains every section, that a fifth grader can follow along. The mentors are very knowledgeable in every facet of real estate investing. The company meticulously designed the Flip Secrets Mentorship Program so that anyone, at any level, can benefit.

Quite honestly I was very hesitant at the beginning when I was considering joining the coaching / mentorship program... I come from the Corporate world and a few other business ventures on my own, but just by considering a program that I came across through social media was insane for me.
However, I must say that after only one month into the program -and going through the whole masterclass and beginning to implement all the strategies, tactics, analysis, and action plans I learnt, I’m fired up and ready to close multiple deals. The level of details, structure, tools, and the way it is presented by Jake is really outstanding… and on top of that all the network that I’m able to access –full of experts in the industry, is invaluable.

As with every single investment and entrepreneurial mindset… if you don’t take the shot, you never hit the target.

I signed up with the course in January and I really enjoy the course and the group. But what I do have an issue with is that I was beat over the head to sign up in a hurry under the pretense of a 60 day money back guarantee of someone giving you a deal if you had not closed on one in 60 days. I started the course and was in the process of a move and a business owner and single mom and each person that I spoke with knew I had limited time but no one ever expressed that in order for the 60 day guarantee to be valid I had to completely finish the masterclass. And when I emailed customer support about the guarantee they sent me a contract that I never saw or signed prior or even told about by the several people rushing to sign me up. The course is amazing and very comprehensive and it’s not short and has homework to do in between modules but I would have never signed up at the specific time if the guarantee that was described to me was not in place and it was used as a selling point to get me signed up. I had just purchased a house and closed on Feb 1 so my time for the first 60 days was very limited.

The advertisements make offers guaranteeing that you'll have a house under contract within 60 days of beginning the program or that they'll give you one of their own properties they've already put under contract AND they'll refund your money. Absolute lies! These guys are nothing but frauds. They make it seem like you simply have to follow their program step by step and that eventually after making so many offers, you'll have an offer accepted and have a property under contract and that the team will be there for you every step of the way; that couldn't be further from the truth. No one is there to really walk you through step by step at any point. Even when you have a mentor, they're only regurgitating what they've been fed. When you're in the process of signing up, they make suggestions like "Yeah, let's do some deals together!"(e.g., Lincoln or Eduardo), but you never hear from them again. And all of these reviews, they asked me to complete reviews several times just days and weeks into the program; the reason is obvious: they know that this doesn't actually work for most people who don't have large amounts of money to invest or familiar connections, so while you're still excited about finding something that seems like it might actually work because they've fine-tuned the trickery and slick speech, they want to also hook you into promoting the idea that they're trustworthy, even though they certainly are not (they tout their trustpilot ratings proudly in order to lure more followers). Flip Secrets doesn't just have a team or a network of people who are willing to help you through a deal, even though that's how they make it sound. What they want is to make money from your down payment and the monthly payments of the $15,000-$30,000 fee that they tell you "most people pay off after completing their first deal several weeks in". They'll each give rare, if true, stories of grandmothers who know nothing about real estate making several deals within months for tens of thousands of dollars, implying that if they can do it, who can't? They are frauds.

I love how hands-on they are. They literally have a whole community with all kinds of resources. You are assigned a coach who is there every step of the way to answer any questions and guide you through the process.

Beyond the masterclass being incredibly thorough and designed to set you up for success, having an accountability coach and access to a supportive community of both new and experienced investors has been invaluable. I now feel confident and ready to launch my business.

I purchased the course and immediately I was contacted by my mentor. All the material in the class has been phenomenal and a bit overwhelming. The way Jake teaches you to start valuing properties all the way to negotiation phase is not complex and is practical.

Finally the discord group is worth the price alone.

The coaching was fantastic. The discord community was very helpful. The calls every day you can jump on and listen to everybody was great.

I have been in the community for almost 2 yrs.
I have really enjoyed the availability of the coaches and the community members. The course content, is spot on, it gives you step by step system and process to follow.
The team is there to help you with any questions with a one on one call, daily coaching zoom/Video calls which are recorded. Also on these calls you meet other students/community members. Broker a deal, and make connections, learn from other's questions you didn't even think to ask.
The staff/coaches are in my opinion well balanced. Each has their own stregths. All of them as far as I know, are STILL active in their business, and the current Real Estate Market. They are taking time out of their Flips, and dips to make the process of getting your own version of the system working for you. Getting your first 2nd 3rd deal. Celebrating Success, of any nature, is huge in this community! Is it perfect? No, we're human, but dang they sure do try there butts off to be of service, value, and help you learn and grow. I have never felt left out or left behind.
Meat and bones, You'll have access to ALL of the live coaching calls for 1 year. After which, you'll still have your life time access to the original videos, and files/documents to help you get started.
After 1 year you will still have access to a majority of 1 on 1 opportunities to connect with New or existing members.
We have Lenders, Flippers, Wholesalers, Wholtailers, Buy to rent, Commercial, Realtors, contractors going to investor side. All walks of life, all walks and wealth of knowledge to learn from. Whenever I dip myself back into our Discord channels I learn something new, and make new connections. I am so grateful to be part of a caring and sharing Network of coaches and people helping people. JUST Remember, you get out what you put in. Or you Reap what you sow.
The magic you are looking for is in the work you are not doing. Also, Jake, is active and available. If your into Owner financing and Sub To deals, we have some folks that know that. This is not the main focus of this group. Its about understanding the flow of a deal, how to build a team, of realtors, contractors and all the other needs to make the deal flow as smooth as possible.

Course information and overall workflow is put together well. The training gives you an overall sense of the actual processes of real estate transactions but an in depth understanding of where value is obtained and maintained within the timeline of projects. The consistency of weekly live Q&A is a resource like no other in the fact that it allows insight into a world of real estate that requires adjustments along the way. Most importantly I believe it has helped me avoid a tremendous amount of pitfalls which ultimately cost people money and inhibits them from ever starting in this business the right way and being successful overall. By far the best course I have taken and well worth admission.

I feel that the training videos could be cut in half by leaving out jokes and personal experiences instead of clear, step by step instructions that could be straight to the point. It's also extremely difficult to contact anyone for help and the discord group is more for experienced investors than for beginners.
Besides that, it is very insightful program that with hard work and dedication you can make a lot out of it. The discord group will help to expand your knowledge of real estate and your investment opportunities.

Good learning content and good coaches! Wish there was more 1:1 coaching and more support for unusual deals or tricky challenging real estate problems.
