A program for anyone and everyone!
I came onto this program in hopes to get myself prepped and in shape for competing for Miss New Jersey in June. What I have gotten out of this program is so much more than I ever could’ve imagined. My lifestyle, mental health, desire to live healthier, and overall discipline has grown ten fold, and it’s all thanks to the forge. I came into this program I total rookie, and I never felt out of place or ashamed for where I was in my journey, everyone is here to lift each other up, achieve their own goals, and improve every day. The investment is beyond worth it and I recommend it to anyone!
