No customer service whatsoever. Emailed them requesting information on dispatch as tracking was not updated. Nothing heard. Item finally arrived and poorly packaged. Hopefully the item inside, which is a gift and delivered directly for a Christmas present will be okay.

Barry kept me informed throughout the order process and even went over and beyond what was paid for.

A friend's great uncle was shot down and killed in a 76 Sqn Halifax in 1944. In commemoration I'm making a diorama of his aircraft being prepared for a mission, as a present for her.
When I saw the super mugs offered by Four Prop I knew that this would make an ideal additional present.
And I wasn't disappointed! At first I was a bit concerned that fulfilling my order was taking a while. On checking, I was told that Four Prop didn't have a stock 76 Sqn crest so the artist was creating one for my order! I was even given the choice of WWII or post-war crown; what service!
I haven't passed on the mug yet but I know it will hit the spot. A quality product plus super customer service - what's not to like?

Once again Four Prop have come up trumps with the goods, having emailed saying there were problems, it was a complete surprised when the goods turned up 2 days later . The mugs (4 Sqn & 43 Sqn) are very good and the coasters very funny . Well done Four Prop.

Mrs didn't like me have all my Sqn prints up. So this keeps of both happy. As less RAF memorabilia on the wall and it covers my time on 216 & 101 pity 99 on there but you can't have it all 🤣
