The website is really easy to navigate and ordering is a breeze.i received my order promptly and what i received smell amazing. only one criticism is that the label on the samples were not very readable. they looked like they had gotten wet and blurred although my package was dry,other than that i would definitely order from them again.
Package leaked and they refused to give me a refund due to not having a picture. Wouldn’t recommend

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. However, we take pride in the quality of our packaging. All fragrance samples are placed in secured grip-seal protection bags and padded packaging before dispatch.
We requested photos of the reported leakage so we could properly investigate and assist further, but unfortunately none were provided and the packaging had already been discarded. Without evidence of damage or leakage, we’re unable to verify the claim.
We always encourage customers to contact us directly with photos immediately upon delivery so we can resolve genuine issues quickly and fairly.

I recently ordered the Oud Maracuja and had a great experience from start to finish. The fragrance arrived quickly with fast shipping, and it was very nicely packaged. Packaging was great, no signs of any leakage and I could see it was handled with care. Atomisers were great quality and travel friendly. Would definitely purchase again, a great range of scents from all the major brands!
