The Frazers Group is a third generation, family-owned and managed company based outside Banbridge, Co Down, Northern Ireland. razers Feeds started when Andrew (Drew) Frazer began mixing feed for his own use, in an effort to reduce costs in his poultry business back in 1974. His work soon became known in the area, and local farmers began to ask if he would make feed for them as well. Since then the business has grown to supplying animal feed and related products all over Ireland. We pride ourselves on providing affordable feeds that offers excellent results and a friendly and reliable service. A team of qualified nutritionists are available to advise our customers and ensure that our products continue to be the best that money can buy. Over the years Frazers have developed and specialised in the feed sector to Import/Export of seeds, grains and pulses and finished mixes/products. We also have developed separate feed & food sector facilities providing professional solutions offering in-house labelling, packaging, storage and distribution to global markets and customers. The Frazers Group now plays an important part in the food chain. Every day helping our customers to achieve more success through our commitment to providing a rapid, efficient and comprehensive service, whatever their requirements. To do this, we use the latest technology and we satisfy the most rigorous standards of quality control distributing an extensive range of agrochemical material, food and feed ingredients.

Ordered on 13/12/25

Ordered on 13/12/25, this was acknowledged. Didn’t receive my order and let them know on their online form. No acknowledgement of complaint. I waited a few days and then sent an e-mail to the customer service department. To date I have received no correspondence or acknowledgment. Very disappointed as I urgently needed the products.

Bad sealing

The food has arrived but they were naughty as it wasn’t sealed well and some food fell out inside the bag. This also might cause damage to the quality of the food. Also it should be clear on the website that regular mail take more that 12 days to arrive. I missed my first order because of delay and now the product bag was not sealed 😕

I always order from you guys this time…

I always order from you guys this time upon ordering I didn’t know there would be such a short use by date on my products which arrived there was only one two months use by date on some products bare in mind I ordered 4x5 liter bottles so I use them all round the year if I knew there would be a short date I wouldn’t order or I’d have asked for a longer use by dated product but when I called in they told me use the product and nothing could be done so I’m just left with these products with a close use by date now which is why my review will be low other than that you have great products which is why I order but I’m scared to order next time as I do spend most to £200 a time when ordering so not small orders I should have been taken care of properly but oh well now I know next time where to order from

Kept my money for over a week and didn't deliver the goods.

Whilst waiting for the product that I ordered, I received a refund, with no explanation , even though a previous email had said that the goods had been dispatched and were in transit. I contacted them to ask what had happened, and they said it was out of stock. Surely in this age of technology they should not have accepted an order for a product that they didn't have, nor mislead me by saying that it was in the post. Not only did they then keep my money for a week, but they caused my animals to suffer whilst I waited for medication that would never arrive.
