My review is based on the beaker bong. Is the product a little pricey? yes it is but if youre a little b**ch baby like me when it comes to hot smoke coming down your throat and cough crying and blaming it on your acute asthma and you can afford to splurge on this little treat it is worth it. If youre a masochists' and like crying and feeling the pain of your throat go raw or just like really looong smoke sessions I feel like youre not the target audience.

To the people complaining about clogs and it breaking literally just clean it like once a week with some cleaning solution and youre chilling and with breaking make sure that bad boy is mostly dry before you put it back in the freezer.

cleaning wise highly recommend the little rubber cap things (just search bong caps) makes cleaning the glycerin pipe so easy to clean you just pop it on one side of the pipe and pour the cleaning solution in through the other whole then use the cap thing like a plunger to get the solution to run back and forth through the spiral chamber takes like 5- 10 minutes every week and youre a spoiled smoker for the rest of your life. Also if you really wanna ball get a back up pipe and you can rotate them out of the freezer :)

My only complaint would be it lasting an hour seem like a bit of a stretch. works best that first 15-30 minutes. after that its somewhat there still for like another 10 ish and after that it feels like a regular good bong. at least in my experience. but me and my wife will smoke two bowls in like 30 minutes so maybe thats why, regardless we love the product.

Terrible customer service. Order 2 to 3 day shipping. 6 days later, they keep blaming on the ups. Guy not picking up the package. Yeah, I call b******* Also I hear It just clogs. It's a gimmick, don't waste your time if you can even get it shipped.

I have a single coil top that came with the 16” bong. I have trouble with it becoming quickly clogged with resin after about a dozen uses. The top of the coil appears to have a tight bend and pinches off easily. I am ordering a different coil top in hopes it won’t clog as fast. Either way, I can now switch back and forth if the new Revolver XL has any issue.

OK I have 5 Beaker ice bongs,I have one at each location. My friends are all older than me I am 66 and really enjoy the freeze bong. It totally is amazing, it cools the smoke, so bigger and better bong hits. I most definitely recommende the freeze pipe.

Overall, the product and function of the bubbler was phenomenal. By far my favorite pipe I’ve ever had my only concern and dislike was how thin the glass was on the nipple of the mouthpiece, just by setting it down on my countertop. It popped and shattered when the rest of the pipe is so durable and strong, unfortunately I had to purchase a new one after already spending the cost of the original pipe so I was a little disappointed on that. I am very careful with pipes and usually place them on mats but I have this one down many times and didn’t know different the last time and it just broke .

Picked up a bubbler pro, and it's amazing. I never smoke without it if i can avoid it. It's made it so much easier to take big hits and not have anywhere near as much throat burn, etc. Shipping was fast, and the box was packaged well. I just ordered the upgrade piece to make it the ultimate. Thanks guys for making a great product!

Had broke my stem very quickly after purchasing. Then my dumb ass dropped the Bowl onto granite countertop and it broke🤦‍♂️
I reached out via Facebook on one their posts… they quickly responded and told me email Customer Service
They got back to me very quickly and were a great help! Totally my fault on the breakage. We are stoners after all 😝
They quickly sent me a very easy to use link that brought new stem and bowl up at 40% off. Which was not an expensive piece to begin with. So like $20 got me new stem and Bowl!!

I have purchased 2 bowls, 1 bowl shattered in my hand, 1 has a crack. I thought I read in your general info that the glass is made of some durable material that will last. I don’t think it has even been a year since I purchased the freeze pipe.

I have contacted the company over 6 times with email and phone calls. I don’t appreciate being called a liar, when telling them the USPS doesn’t have it. I do not appreciate being told oh it was shipped; I promise you will get it Tuesday or Wednesday. IT has now been over 2 weeks since I ordered the pipe. I feel that it was only found (finally was shipped last night) when I told them if I did not have it Tuesday or Wed (today) that I would call and turn in a fraud charge with my credit card on them. They can’t be counted to tell the truth or even follow up on email. IT took 6 days to reply and their reply time sucks. I am truly sad that I was duped by a company in the US. The fact is even if the pipe is fantastic the bitter taste from your customer service will never go away.
A truly pissed off customer and wishing I would never have ordered.

Great quality/price point glass! Build quality is good on the pieces I have purchased and customer service has been good with answering questions. Glycerin setups are good and didn't have any tight areas or sharp turns that are prone to clogging.
