I wanted to rate Fresh Face Shop a -10 but that option not available. Here’s why:
1. 2 months for product to arrive!
2. Never received a tracking # so no way to track.
3. Sent multiple emails to initially inquire about Order status/ETA - never got a response.
4. Sent email to cancel order and also never received a response.
I will absolutely never purchase from this company again. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

I'm in the UK; I got a notification saying that my order was 'out for delivery', shortly followed by another saying there was 'an attempted delivery'... in Dongguan, China!
