I cannot recommend Zoe highly enough.
She was amazing with our very elderly and fragile cat. She very patiently and gently trimmed all her claws and removed large amounts of matted fur.
As our baby is no longer able to properly groom herself or goes out, we will not hesitate to contact Zoe again if/when her fur becomes matted and her claws grow.
Highly recommend Zoe for both pet care and advice on their health. We have used the Friendly Pet Nurse for a number of years to look after our cat while we're away. Wouldn't use anyone else!!! Thank you Zoe

Zoe has helped us and our two cats since last July and I couldn't recommend her more.
We rescued an abuse case cat back in Jan 20, and although he settled in quickly with us as a family, he would still lash out and bite us, sometimes for no reason.
Zoe's advice helped us gain his trust so he felt safe with us. She helped us rehabilitate him into a happy cat who underneath it all just wants to be loved. We have come so far with him.
Unfortunately despite all of our efforts, he has continued to be aggressive to our timid older female, and as a result, she has suffered terribly from stress cystitis and has had to be medicated several times to get over each bout. She has been scared to walk around her own home and it has been heartbreaking to watch this happen. The two personalities just were not suited.
The situation recently crescendoed and early this year, I got back in touch with Zoe who assessed the situation and helped me come to terms with the fact that sometimes cats cannot live together. We both knew we had tried everything.
She supported us in finding him a new home where he has moved to just today. It has been the most difficult situation and the most emotional for me personally. Losing a member of the family is hard to come to terms with and we will all miss him terribly.
Zoe helped me put the welfare of both of my cats first, and for that, I am very grateful. It has been a really hard journey but made so much easier with her help.
