I ordered two items, got no tracking number. I messaged "60 Days" in, when I still haven't received them, and was told that they had been shown as delivered, but they'd send a new shipment. 146 Days after the initial payments, still nothing. I'm concerned they'll play the "but it shows delivered" game to keep from giving a refund.

I ordered 2 items almost a year ago and got nothing. Whenever I email Jessica I just keep getting an automated reply that basically says they'll contact me later. No info when I check the shipment tracking numbers either. I guess I lost my hard-earned money. Please don't be dumb like me.

id rate this 0 stars if i could, but that be doing a disservice to actual "Good" or "Great" Anime giveaways or what ever this is called. Do not trust this site. They are just trying to take your hard earned money through a way you think you are actually winning in the long run. I also did some research on the actual place in monroe, Michigan where this place is from.... It will come as a shocker, but its located at some campus site for a college, and not an actual store. I had to learn the hardway, and thought this was legit. But dont do what i did, and trust fraudulent scam artist like these. They are not worth your time.

Ordered a single poster in October, it took 48 days to arrive. Said poster came discoloured and folded up in bubble wrap.

Instead of ya know, posting a poster in a poster tube, kinda what a poster tube is dedigned for, they shipped me a poster that I can’t do anything with. I may as well have just thrown money down the drain. Stay away from this website.

They scammed me.

I ordered an item in August... it's December and never arrived. People don't steal packages in my building so it's not possible it came and was taken. Fullmetal's Jessica claims my package was delivered even though I never received a valid USPS tracking number and refuses to give me a refund even though I have been asking for a refund and details about my order since October.

The company is ridiculous please do not order from them because they will take your money. Their Instagram must be a ploy as well.

GARBAGE! Order the items from AliExpress yourself, save money, and cut out the middleman. What a load of bs.

I ordered two small items from this company back in July. It's now almost December and they still haven't arrived! I've emailed the company multiple times to inquire about my items and to request a refund. The first time, they responded that the items should have arrived already and to ask at my local post office if they'd been dropped there. The second time...they said the items were still in transit! They don't respond when I proceed to ask for a refund. I've emailed them numerous times but it's always the same. Don't give them your money, folks.

I was chosen as a winner of one of their Facebook “giveaways”. The items are not exactly ‘free’, as you have to pay shipping for individual items, which totalled (for me) to $21.95 USD for 3 items. I bought these naïvely without doing my research about this site’s reputation.

The items actually come from China, and I got tracking numbers for a postage service I had never even heard of (Yanwen). So far, it’s been about 3 weeks, and I have received one of the packages. Yanwen says the other 2 have arrived a week ago but I have yet to see them. I think they may be lost in the mail.

The one I did get was a wall scroll. To be honest, it was way smaller than I thought it would be (they don’t list the dimensions on the site), and the image was blurry. To give an exact measurement, the image itself was ~27.5cm/~10.8 inches in height and ~19.5cm/~7.7 inches in width.

Honestly, I regret my purchase. I bought 3 things and was lucky to get 1, and it’s not even the best quality anyway.

Would not recommend, but giving 2 stars because I actually received an item, so it’s not a total scam.

Worst service ever and have never gotten my products… would not recommend…
