Step 2 account

I cleared my 1st step today around 12pm ITC time line
And got my 2nd step so my starting balance for 2nd step will be 10000 but it’s showing 10434 as my starting balance and breached my account with only 1.6% drawdown so please check my account and give me back because I think it’s a glitch
It’s my humble request to check my account properly I have full faith on you guys
I attached all the proof you guys can also check my account day count is 0/5 then how it’s possible my account starting balance is 10434
Please help me out from this situation asap

Weird Rules. They do not make sense. Even if there is 5% daily loss rule, you cannot lose more than 3% a day even if you made some profit, they will only count the losses for 3%.
