My account 162105 was unfairly failed

My account 162105 was unfairly failed, their system is worst, glitches are everywhere, and due to this glitches my account was failed.

I had purchased 2 step account and I cleared both step, in funded stage I made a 1400+ $ Profit. When I was trading, the dashboard was showing daily loss limit 315$ which was 5$ of my available capital and I traded accordingly, after 2 days at the time of payout they failed my account and reason was daily loss limit reached before 2 days, what is the system who will alarm after 2-3 Days ??? And why your dashboard is showing this type of glitches ???

It was totally unfair and they are not responding, my request to every viewer pls highlight my review and help me to stop this fraud....

I lost my hard earned many, hard work and earned profit... they should have some humanity for this loot.

My request to everyone don't buy this account, it's a fraud.. you will never received your payout even if you will be in profit...

Overall pathetic experience.....

I initially hoped to resolve this matter privately, but after several emails, my main concerns remain unanswered.
My $5,000 challenge account was marked as failed for allegedly breaching the 5% daily loss limit. I am not disputing the existence of this rule. My concern is the accuracy of the trade records used to fail my account.
The failure report shows a 0.26 BTC position. Based on my understanding of the firm's rules, my account size ($5,000) and the stated crypto leverage, I questioned how such a position size was possible. I repeatedly requested supporting evidence, including:
• Server-side trade logs
• Order IDs
• Margin calculations
• A detailed breakdown of the reported daily loss
Instead of answering these technical questions, I received general explanations about spreads, execution timing, and floating PnL without providing the requested records.
More concerning, after I posted my Trustpilot review, I received an email stating that I could be included in future promotional offers if I updated my review to 5 stars and sent them a screenshot.
In my opinion, customer reviews should reflect genuine customer experiences, not be influenced by promotional incentives.
If The Funded Room provides the requested evidence and answers my technical questions transparently, I will gladly update this review to reflect that. Until then, I cannot verify the accuracy of the decision made on my account.

Mera 5000$ ka instant account last 15 din se issue solve nhi huva hai incorrectly 3% rule laga ke account breach kr diya gya hain or jb me aapke ai se puchhta hu ki ye account type konsa hai to vo bol rha hai ki ye instant account nhi hai. ye two step account hain or mere instant account me 2 step wale rule laga ke account breach kr diya gya hain.

Mene 30+ mail kiye lekin tumhari support team se koi response nhi aa rha hain or mera ye issue genuine hai isliye mere ko ye problem solve krke do.

Mere ko ye issue 23 din ho gye lekin abhi tk mera issue solve nhi huva hai or in logo ka support system bhot hi jyada weak (slow) hain.

This firm is denying my rightful payout of over $14,049 on Account 152756. Their automated risk filter has a severe glitch that marked cancelled/unfilled orders as a realized loss on 2026-06-19. My official dashboard on June 27th was 100% green and active with 0% loss used on the pair rule. They manually blocked my account on Sunday just to avoid my scheduled Monday payout. They have ignored all technical emails with absolute proof for over 72 hours. Total scam infrastructure managed by Xybit Inc. Do not trust them with your money!

If there is even a little fairness left, I sincerely ask you to please review my case properly. Please don't send me another AI-generated or automated reply. I have been waiting since 18 May, and today it has been 45 days. How much patience can one person have?

I have tried everything. I sent emails almost every day, and I even joined your X Spaces hoping I would get a chance to explain my issue, but I never got that opportunity.

Every time I receive the same response: "Please wait, your case is under review." But how long should I keep waiting? Forty-five days is not a reasonable amount of time for a genuine review.

If I had actually broken the rules, I would accept my mistake without any argument. But this is why I keep fighting—because I truly believe the mistake is not mine.

I am not asking for anything special. I only want a proper human review and a clear explanation that matches my actual trade history. The explanation I received does not match my trades, timings, or P&L. That is all I have been requesting from the beginning.

Please, I am begging you. Take a few minutes to personally check my account.
