I was having the same issue for the past couple weeks i thought it was only me because i was threatening them but now i see all the other complaints in the last few days wondering what is really going on with this

It's a scam. They don't payout per what I've heard. Mr Angelo please change your ways. I just hope whatever issues they're going through, should be resolved but for now, it's a scam. Their telegram group gone quiet and they don't send the access code to login in to your dashboard. Piece of trash of a company. I wish there was a negative star for review. You'll receive not less than -1000

Awfull costumer service. Stay away from these people. I was logged out to move from MT5 to move another platform called Match-Trader on the Friday August 15th 2025. The date for the new account delivery was August 18th, 2025. Nothing happened up to today. Also, I can’t contact costumer service on the chat at the website because I was logged out too!!! When I try to log in I was supposed to receive a code on my email but I don’t get the code, I’ve been trying everyday.

I’ve emailed them and I got a message saying I have to contact the chat at the website, but I can’t log in to the website. … catch 22. That’s terrible.

In my view, I’ve been treated unfairly. I paid for a 50K Knight Pro account and now I’m completely locked out of the dashboard. The site demands a 6-digit code that never reaches my email.

I contacted their official support repeatedly for one week with zero response. With no working support channel and no way to access the product I paid for, I strongly advise others to proceed with caution. If the company fixes this promptly, I will update this review to reflect the outcome.

Basically what so many others have said.

No log in details after migration to a new platform - been over a week since they said new account information would be released.

Auto reply when you email saying to contact via dashboard - dashboard says they will send a code to email to log in which never arrives.

It's just being managed really badly and isn't worth investing in - there are prop firms that are so much more reliable.

I recieved an email transferring me to the Match Trader platform from Platform 5 (MT5) following a server maintenance check.
It has been over a week and I haven't recieved anything regarding the match trader login details. I also stopped receiving the access codes to the dashboard after the server maintenance.
There has been no communication from The Funded Trader to me concerning my account. This is a mighty inconvenience.

Worst Company and group of fraudsters. Always finds a way to trick their supporters and leave them stranded. After their revival from their recent shutdown, many of us still supported them unconditionally and yet they now after again making huge promises disappeared. My account reached Phase 2 and now not able to Login to my account and Dashboard. They don't send any OTP (& you can't login with a password !!!) so you are unable to login on website and if you email. When I asked the support they will replied "We don't entertain account related queries on the mail, please ask on live chat". and its ironic as they removed Live Chat button from the Website so there is no way to contact them. Bunch of liars and looters, still expecting people to buy new challenges as only that page is still accessible on their website.

ACCOUNTS SHUT DOWN IN MARCH 2024 NOT YET GIVEN BACK AND NO REFUNDS MADE.

The propfirms suddenly closed in March 2024, they reopened and promised to give reset coupons.

One and a half years later, nothing. It beats logic how they still float accounts to be bought for challenges, if money is made in trading with them, how is it impossible to give back accounts to pre existing traders.

When we are over one year behind new entrants.

This is a great red flag. Seems the money made is purely from account purchases and nothing from trading. They respond to support tickets launched with how they understand our frustrations, yet they are not giving direction and timeliness as well as not giving an option for refund. 200k account gone just like that on phase 2. This propfirm is definitely a scam.

This propfirm used to rank 2nd, and we trusted it thus. Better for traders to stay completely away from this prop firm.

I received an email saying i will receive an email on the 18 of august that i will receive my login for the merge account and nothing it's been a week no updates and i have sent them an email and nothing. i highly recommend that you keep your money, and this is the second time this year that they just disappear and never came back. i am still waiting for response. seems they disappeared again

🚨 Warning about The Funded Trader (TFT) 🚨
They shut down my $100K funded account TWICE.
• Passed Phase 1, almost Phase 2 → sudden shutdown.
• They gave me another account → same story, site down again.
• Both times happened when traders were in BIG profits (e.g. ETH from 3500 → 4900).

👉 This is a SCAM. Avoid TFT.

This is the second time they’ve disappeared after taking users’ money. First, my $10k challenge was reset after weeks of downtime, then they switched from MT5 to a useless DXtrade platform. Recently, they changed login systems and never provided credentials or PINs—no payouts, nothing. Their pattern is clear: lower challenge prices, grab cash from new users, and vanish. Don’t waste your time—stick with trusted firms like FTMO

Overall horrible firm… don’t waste your time!!! The whole company is a scam and even if you pass the challenge you will not get your funded account.

I cannot access my dashboard nor the discord group.
Emailed them about the issue, they say they are taking request only for the chat bot on their website. And there is no chat boat at all

I bought knight pro challange last week and did not recieve login details. I emailed but no response experiencd was horrible. I lost my money

I bought a challenge a week ago Knight of 5000, for 42 dollars and I have not received yet my credentials only emails asking for feedback

I paid and didn’t get what I paid for. No communication what so ever.

Well like everyone else my I am not able to get an email code to login in the dashboard. after their announcement on the migration to match trader my ctrader 50k eval vanished. I first thought that it was fine and that it was a simple maintenance but after seeing everyone review and no way to even contact them without even to mention they do not try to reassure their users. This is suspicious and hopefully we get some news from them even if it seems like that wont happen.
