As an Amazon seller, I know how important it is to be ungated in as many brands and categories as you can, so in February I decided to use their service to ungate toys and a premium brand that I was interested on selling. Even though it was very pricey, over 2k just for one brand, I was still happy. But now all of sudden I am gated again. I sent them an email asking for help, since there was not even one year since I used their service. But unfortunately they wanted to charge me another $500 to help me with something that I had already paid
$2000. So just be careful and keep in mind that they offer you no guarantee if Amazon decides to gate you again.

I contacted Steve on Friday about being gated on selling a product in Grocery. He had me ungated by Sunday. There was a lot of anxiety when Amazon told me I couldn't sell any products in Grocery offering no
explanation. It's good we have Steve in our corner to
take on Amazon.
