Good service, fair price and free pickup/delivery

I've used Gadget Tech twice now - first to fix my ipad after I dropped it and then to replace a cracked screen on my iphone. Both repairs went well and my devices were fixed correctly, though there were a couple of hiccups. Sometimes, service recovery to handle a customer issue can turn out to be a plus. This happened on both repairs. On the iPad repair, the final price was a bit higher than originally quoted due to increased parts cost. When I reminded him of the original quote, he gladly honored it without a hassle. On the iPhone, he was a little late on the promised delivery due to a personal issue. When he explained it, I had no problem with the reason. Then, just after he left, the screen stopped working correctly. I shot him a text to let him know and he was back to pick it up within 10 minutes. He had it fixed and back to me with 1 hour. Without the excellent service recovery and personal service, I would be inclined to give a lower rating. But, sometimes things like this happen in the service industry and its how you handle them that can turn a negative into a positive. Mike handled these issues professionally and quickly and in doing so earned my recommendation. If you have an iPhone/iPad issue be sure to call Mike - he'll have you back up and running without leaving your home or office.
