Honestly after placing the order I thought it was a scam because I did not receive any confirmation on my mobile or my email and the number given for whatsapp was also not very active because I only got 1 reply in 4-5 days after which I didn't any reply at all but I'm relived that I received my order.

I placed an order for a t-shirt on their website and did the payment of the same via UPI. And the product was never delivered. I was receiving mails until the payment was processing and then bam! No communication. Now they are neither picking up any calls on the helpline number and nor replying on whatsapp.

I ordered a few times from this site, a mug and 3 phone cases, both custom painted. All 4 of them turned out pretty much above my expectations for the money I paid. The prints were clean and how I actually wanted them to turn out. Big ups for the frequent discounts they bring which makes the whole deal even sweeter.
