I did not sign up to this site nor have…

I did not sign up to this site nor have I purchased anything from this company. Monies have been deducted 5 times from my account-each time approximately R165.70.

Please ensure that my account will be credited with these amounts otherwise I will report and list this company as a scam.

I had an issue with an unexpected VIP…

I had an issue with an unexpected VIP charge, but Imani from the escalation team handled my case with professionalism and care. She/He personally made sure my account was canceled and even issued a refund as a goodwill gesture, which I really appreciate. Thank you, Imani, for resolving everything so quickly and making the experience stress-free
