The chain was way too heavy. Perfect length but too heavy for the drop. The drop is beautiful but I’ll have to find a lighter chain for it to look really good. On a man it might be ok but too heavy IMO for a woman

This is my second tanzanite chip . I bought it to keep here at my 2nd home. Always whenever I wear it I get lots of compliments. I’ve given several people the website to get one. Everyone thinks it’s really expensive and are shocked and please to learn it only looks that way.
I plan to get another color perhaps in silver.

I ordered two bracelets one of which was not what I ordered, I am still the process of resolving the issue but the other bracelet I loved

My order got lost because of a local postal carrier, which was not the fault of Gasper. How they handled it was really perfect. They did the whole research and gave me instructions on how to do the research on my end and to contact my local postal service. In the end, the conclusion was made that the fault was of the local delivery guy that lost my package, and Gasper is willing to compensate for the losses. I will give them five stars for the service, and I'm looking forward to buying more.

Item look larger and more impressive in the ads. I was not as impressed as I thought I would be for the price of the item. Not sure if I would order again.

Although it’s a very cool bracelet. The fingers get stuck on clothing, hand towels, and they snag your items. I’m still glad I purchased it.

Don’t underestimate them. Everything was good from start. Then I got my bracelet (the creation of Adam one) but sadly I ordered the smaller one, and it didn’t fit me. I tried opening and closing it the whole time until I broke it. Nothing to do with the quality, the quality was outstanding and the level of detail on the hands is amazing. I texted the team for a hope to get some help seeking options for a replacement. they answered quickly, helped me and offered me to replace my broken one and this time with the right size. I’m surprised of how much they care about their clients, I’ll definitely keep buying their products. Good quality and a great brand.
