DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They state a refund policy which they never honour. Total waste of time emailing them as they simply fob you off with repeated statements saying the refund is being checked and processed. In truth nothing is being processed and they are doing nothing except keeping your money!!

In good faith I bought jewellery from The Gemstone Gallery UK, believing in their 'Full Refund' policy. From the day of receipt, Feb 21st 2025, I have engaged in a week of email exchanges, attempting to secure advice on how to return the goods to them & receive a full refund.
Throughout they've been willing to allow me to keep the items regardless of the fact that I have politely stated, 'they do not meet my requirements'. In fact the jewellery is in my opinion, shoddy bling, but I refrained from stating this until now. In addition to keeping the goodies, they do offering a partial refund.
I do not want the goods. I do however want my money refunded as per their stated policy.
Do Not buy from this company as they do not honour their own Refund commitment, preferring instead to engage in a circular correspondence, resulting in my increasing frustration at the complete lack of progress in this matter.

Unfortunately I'm not allowed to give a zero rating.
I ordered two items from them but they responded several days later (after accepting the order) to say one item was out of stock and the other would be delayed. As the second item was for a birthday I replied asking them to cancel the order. There was no response to this and I have since emailed a further four times. Today, I received an email saying my order has been dispatched. Frankly I'm not a bit surprised they're going out of business.

Scam company - probably chinese claiming to be what they aren't. Avoid at all costs or you will be wasting your money

Purchased a supposedly sterling 925 silver bracelet for a gift.
What arrived was not as it looked in the picture and within 3 weeks the "silver" bracelet was turning bronze on colour. FAKE SILVER!!!!!
Emailed company, cannot call, did not receive a reply for the 1st 3 emails when I got a reply they gave me another email address to which I never received a reply...shock!!!!!!

This company sent goods that were not as advertised. I ordered earrings in Sterling Silver with Amber. What I received was something hideous looking in anything but Sterling Silver and red Glass. No Amber in sight. The envelope had clearly not been shipped from the U.K. and the delivery company had glued their tracking details over the original label..they do not issue refunds. It is a scam and I advise people to stay clear of them!

I placed an order with this company, I never received a confirmation email, and began to suspect a scam.
However, I managed to contact them via email (you cannot contact them via telephone) and was assured my order would be delivered soon. A week later my order was delivered.
However I was not impressed with the quality of the items of jewellery. They were shoddy, looked cheap and none were hallmarked sterling silver which is what all the items purported to be.
I wanted to return the order, but then found out that they do not issue refunds, only exchanges. So I am a considerable sum of money out of pocket, and thoroughly disillusioned with this company, from which I will never order again.
