Very Disappointed – Poor Quality and Unreasonable Refund Policy
The product I received was extremely poor quality and completely unusable. When I reached out to the company for a refund, I was told that the return policy had been “clearly spelled out.” Only after digging through old emails did I discover that a refund required the original mailing packaging—which, like most people, I had already discarded. This requirement wasn’t made clear upfront.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid wasting your money with this company.
