Very very bad.

Very very bad.

I believe this is a new company cause I don't find any review towards this site. Similarweb shows they receive around 20~50 unique visitors per month.

First, I made an order of Malaysia VPS, it took them 2 days to prepare, the customer service told they sent me the email that issued payment from Paypal(I used the non-paypal email as login). Told me to reply them from that email, because that's the email I billed them. I checked my mail, nope, I don't notice. I've made a screenshot, from that specific email, no I don't see.

The customer service highlight, "Greeting from TheGigabit..........", tagging along an "Invoice.pdf"

That's that email they mentioned about? Requesting for a reply? Isn't that subject title the usual formal stuff you would ever received on sites you've registered?

I thought it was enough for me to prove I own that email address, but no, they insist they wanted a reply from that specific email.

Okay, sent. Sent on 2pm.

I was waiting for my RDP details, waiting and waiting and waiting, a day has passed. Next morning, waiting and waiting and waiting, sent them an email, is my RDP ready? I received in 20 minutes after that email.

Okay never mind, somehow I have never experienced such delay buying RDP before, some are instant but most less than 24 hours, like over 20 companies, international, singapore, malaysia.

You would question why so many? Well some claims to get robust spec, but they are not, probably yes for first week but quickly dump you with dozens to user to share the same spec.

Now I received my RDP and the login details, *Windows error sound*, some error message. It looks like the configuration they made on this server is buggy.

Oh man, I wouldn't want to complain for the first and second issue but, man this is really unprofessional.

Anyway I bought it on wednesday's night, that email delay on thursday, and login error on friday.

It's friday night now, tomorrow is weekends, I will probably have to wait till monday to get response. That will be a total of 5 days waiting.

If I get response by monday, I will skip the strike, otherwise.

Dear web owner, if you see this message, please fix the issue, I will remove this review soon after.
