Pleased and surprised
I was pleased and surprised when I received the email confirming my win with the Giveaway Guys. We had only been looking to buy a reasonable set of knives a couple of days prior to the Ninja knife set being listed as a prize, so I bought 4 tickets and won them. They were delivered to my house within 3 days. Thanks Guys for a genuine competition where people do win.

We are big fans of The Giveaway Guys…
We are big fans of The Giveaway Guys and often buy tickets for some of the amazing items they have up for grabs! I managed to win a motorcycle having bought four tickets for the princely sum of £11.96!!! At first, the phone call caught me by surprise and when asked what I thought I had won, I wasn't sure because we had bought tickets for a number of vehicles, including camper vans! But it was completely legit and I rode away on my beautiful new bike a few days later! So, you never know and even just one ticket could be the one...

Hi Paul,
Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you feel this way.
There are significant costs involved in operating a competition business beyond simply purchasing the prize. These include payment processing, staffing, marketing, technology and website infrastructure, compliance, administration, winner fulfilment and the day-to-day costs of running the business. The difference between the value of a prize and the total potential ticket sales therefore isn’t a reflection of profit.
We’re also completely transparent about the number of entries available for each competition before anyone chooses to enter, so customers can see the odds and decide whether a competition is right for them.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your view.
Best wishes,
The Giveaway Guys Team
Just got App-Can’t easily see at a glance…
On App Can’t easily see at a glance which comps have got tickets for & how many bought. Also, can’t easily tell when looking at past orders or tickets bought list (which takes several clicks to discover!)- especially for repeated comps or prizes as they are not shown with a comp number or draw date!!??When click on a comp in the App It doesn’t even flag up if already have tckts & how many for a comp which at least helpfully happens on the web page/browser. How about upgrading both web page with a single click “My entries” tab where you could quickly see all your current live entries & past drawn comp tckts too? I find this very useful on other comp sites.

Hi
Thanks for your detailed feedback. We’re sorry the app has made it difficult to keep track of your entries, particularly when similar prizes appear in different draws.
The current app is being removed, and an improved version will be introduced at a later date. In the meantime, you can already view your live tickets on our website by signing into your account and selecting “Tickets”.
Thanks,
