Ordered a dress for my nieces wedding eight weeks ago have not heard anything
My mam has not received her order me and my daughter gave tried to get the parcel and still nothing 6 weeks and still nothing
My order was confirmed April 21, 2024, & Im still waiting for it to arrive. Must be on a slow boat. This is my first time scammed, so maybe I should count my blessings, but I can’t.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE - THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD & never respond to your inquiries! My order #1924 confirmed
Been waiting over six weeks and nothing, not a response to emails. NOTHING!!
SCAM!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ON THIS WEBSITE!!!
This company never sent my order, was hard to contact and never resolved the issue!
Total scam, piggy backing off other TikTok accounts and creating fake web site. DO NOT BUY from this company. I have chased my order several times, and get very well constructed, polite emails, telling me they are busy, but my order will be on its way soon. I have been waiting over six weeks... I have now asked for a refund, but have had no response. AVOID!
Add me to the list of people who have been duped. I ordered a dress and never received it. Whomever runs this website is a thief (or thieves). Strange as it sounds, this has happened to the right person. I have filed a dispute and the glamour lady will now be investigated. I hope this intervention allows more people to get their funds back from the hands of these frauds.
I ordered a dress in August of this year, got the receipt showing the transaction went through, the expectant date etc, got nothing.
Like everyone else, I tried to email them through pinterest, facebook, and their website, and got nothing.
I wish it were a way to warn others about them.
had the same experience as other reviewers here, placed an order on sept. 12th with *expedited* shipping that should've gotten here within a week and it is october second and still nothing
tried to reach out a bunch of times through email, website, facebook, everything, and didn't get a single response. must be a scam :(
Trying to figure out if this is a scam, so I’m sharing my experience. I ordered a dress the beginning of August. An email was sent confirming my purchase and that it would take 7-15 days to ship and that I would receive a shipping information email. I never received anything so I reached out to the company a few times. My email says that my message cannot be sent to that email address. I guess I will have to cancel this with my bank and report them.
Ordered item on august 4, still no updates from the company. Tried reaching out through their website, email and facebook but no responce what so ever. Time will tell if I ever get my order, it´s not looking good so far.
