Completely Uncommunicative, Never Got My PrinCubes

I’d give them zero stars, but this interface doesn’t let me.

I was part of their Indiegogo campaign, ordered two PrinCubes and some ink cartridges early on. I’ve received nothing. I’ve made many attempts at reaching out to TheGodThings to get my products, but I’ve heard nothing. I’ve attempted contact by a number of channels and all I’ve gotten is silence.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. Thousands of people have not received their items. What is worse Indiegogo have not helped anyone one out. It is obvious that they did not check this company out. It seems like this company is connected to many other items on Indiegogo so please be careful.

Scammers just after your money

I was one of the Indigogo backers. Almost two years after the printer was supposed to ship, I'm now getting WEEKLY emails spinning a nonsense story about them not having enough money for shipping, so now they want more money from me. And yet a quick check on their website revealed they're selling the printers for $40 less than the "great deal" I got on Indigogo...the same deal that apparently led to them not having enough cash to ship out orders. And a quick skim of their social media reveals they've been selling the printers off their site and fulfilling their orders before fulfilling Indigogo backers.

Company is non-responsive to complaints about this gouging, or about issues with the quality of their product. They haven't even posted on their own social media in over a year.

I would give zero stars if that were possible. SCAM

I would give zero stars if that were possible. Like everyone else, I “purchased” my Princube in 2020 and they promised to have them all shipped by Christmas. Then they had “container shipping” problems. Then they were covering Europe first. Then it was the USA. I looked them up again on Indiegogo and they had “Ended their campaign” after receiving over $5million. And now I received a “bleeding heart” letter asking for more money to cover shipping costs ($15) as they had sold them to us at a “discount” and were now being charged more to make and ship. Seriously?
Class Action....

Paid for product OCT 11 2019

Paid for product OCT 11 2019, $170. Stated they shipped in 2020, did not receive. Five emails sent by myself and two messages on FB page, including one by Indiegogo but no response. This is definitely a scam. They made over six million dollars on the campaign but we all wind up with nothing, Criminals!

Can't believe this company even has 1.5…

Can't believe this company even has 1.5 stars after scamming millions for various crowd funding platforms, not delivering a vast amount of contributions perks and then releasing their product on to the market under a range of brand names. The never even bother to reply to email or social media enquiries.

It's now 1.5 years since I made my contribution to theGodThings Princube and like most people I never received anything. Those who did, complain of a dodgy product with a terrible user experience.

No app to operate cube

I received my princube and it's just as shown in the pictures and videos. Therefore, it's not a scam. My only problem is the app. I can't find it. I scan the code and it shows an IP address which cannot be found.

0 stars from me too.

0 stars from me too.

I also ordered 2 PrinCubes @ $100 each in November 2019. So much for the "early bird" discount, they are now "selling" (or should that be scamming) for a $69 a piece with an "Easter Promotion". Shameless.

To add insult to injury, I also ordered 1 standard and 1 permanant ink cartridge for an additional charge $65. Then $20 shipping on top.

So $285 USD down and 18 months later not a crumpet to show for it. My only recourse will be to my credit card company now.

What a bunch of shysters. Avoid at all costs.

I backed their small printer in 2019…

I backed their small printer in 2019 and I am still waiting for the product. They started using standard excuses, such as the manufacturing problems, and when covid happened, they posted once a months saying how bad shipping was. For a while I thought they were just slow, but it is very clear now they are just scammers, and it was never the intention to send the product, just to collect the money.

ANOTHER BACKER SCAMMED

I was one of their first backers. Still waiting since Oct 2019 for product despite the fact that they are selling it on their web site (for considerably less I might add).

No reply to any of my emails and no updates from company this year.

Reading the comments from other supporters, I am only one person in a very large crowd that has the same problem from thegodthings.

I cannot recommend in any way dealing with this company now or in the future. Also in regards to Indiegogo they have done nothing in regards to this problem and still let the problem continue. And why should they as they are making money either way!!!!
