Really good service from beginning to end. Package arrived in estimated time to send gold back as did payment. I was quiet pleased with offer and did accept. Would definitely use again and would recommend.

Absolutely 5 stars, very quick and simple to sell old jewellery. From asking for an envelope to receiving the funds in my bank was 5 days, very efficient. Good honest price paid, really can’t fault them at all.

Had a pleasant phonecall, there was no contact details in my pack, so when I sent it off, no one knew who it belonged too, all sorted now, will be getting my valuation later today.
Been almost 2 weeks and I have had no response about my gold.
I sent in actual gold I had panned, and bought, I've tried texting them, there's no email or help desk or at least that I can't find. Very angry I fell for this.
