So easy, text the message, they sent through the 1st class secure postage bags and I put the odd bits of gold in and sent from post office with a receipt which insured contents up to £750. The next day they text with the offer, I accepted and the money was in my account the following day. Amazingly quick and easy

Very easy to request a pack sent straight to your home. Free postage at post office. Exchange rate not amazing but when your hard up its a blessing to get something. So with in 24 hrs of them receiving gold package your sent an offer. Either accept or decline. Very easy.

Very pleased with this service. My mother had posted the registered envelope in the local postbox so I had no proof of posting and no insurance. However, Lauren at GE, went above and beyond to keep me informed as to its receipt. Also pleased with the offer which they readily increased when queried. Very happy.

After seeing the advertisement on tv I went online to request the return envelope etc but when there was a problem with postage speaking to an actual person on the phone made the transaction very easy. Being able to talk to somebody these days instead of automated questions makes all the difference to online novices like me. I'd heard the advert on the radio and thought I'd give it go.
My pre paid envelope arrived a day later and the quote I received the next day was more than I'd expected. True to their word the money was paid into my account within 24 hours.

If only life could be this easy all the time lol had some ‘spare’ gold jewellery gathering dust that I never wear anymore and heard the advert for Gold Exchange on the radio. So I send them a text 82222 and they come back straight away asking for a few details ie my name , home address and email etc - the following day I receive a declaration form from them stating that I am the legal owner of said jewellery that I need to sign and how many individual items I’m enclosing in the special delivery postage paid mailing sleeve they have enclosed - insurance for jewellery in transit is covered by Gold Exchange .
Pop it in the post and less than two days later they send me a text with an offer price for my jewellery which I gladly accepted- you are then asked to provide bank details so that they can transfer the agreed amount and the following morning the monies were paid in.
The whole transaction from that initial text to being paid took less than three days - you really can’t fault these guys - everything was effortless, seamless and stress free and you get your money on the nose.Five star service and highly recommended by one very happy customer .

I can't believe how easy this process was. Very quick turnaround , good price given , money in my account super quick.
When I rang ,to make sure I had done everything right I got to speak to a lovely lady who clarified everything .
